Not a large selection of fish. Also not interested in arguing with the employees or getting lessons on my aquarium how big it is and what I want to put in it. If I wanted advice I would ask, otherwise, either sell me what I want or I will go somewhere else!! I’m not about to take crap from a little girl in a pet store! Won’t be back !

I purchased these hoping to establish a thriving colony, but unfortunately, I saw 0 inside and the ones I managed to find were dead(Springtails are normally very active, so it was clear they weren’t alive). When I requested a replacement, the only other container available in stock was completely dried out (springtails require moisture to survive and it contained none at all). The lady at the counter was understanding and helpful throughout the situation. Even offering advice and other options. However, whoever is responsible for the care of these critters needs better training or replaced. Proper care isn’t difficult: a light misting of water and opening their lid to do this for fresh air is not that hard. I also checked their dwarf isopods, and they appeared similarly inactive or absent.

We returned a fish we had purchased that had died within the return period. We also supplied a water sample. The girl that takes care of the fish which also told me she was the manager on the phone said our nitrites were too high and refused to refund the $12.00 fish. I told her there were lots of healthy and even baby fish in the tank the sample came from. We returned fish in the past with no problem even without a water sample. The girl stated it was always their policy. I ask for a written copy of the policy which I didn’t receive. I also didn’t see these test results. I wouldn’t recommend buying fish from a place with an arbitrary quarantine that can be enforced at will without any documentation. I called the corporate office and left a message which so far hasn’t been returned. I also talked to someone on their neighbor support line that said she would check into it but so far have not received a reply.

On December 26th at 3:40PM, I brought my friend with Autism to purchase dog food. He stepped out line due to his disability. The really ignorant cashier took the next customer in line and was making jabs at my friend. The rude, crude and self-centered blond cashier is really work in progress. She thinks she is all that. I guess beauty is in the eye of the beholder. She said, you snooze you lose, meaning he got out line. This employee needs to be terminated. She actually was making fun of him!! I am not done. This retailer has issues, and they are up to $5 dollars more on all of their dog food. All of their staff is rude, and I only go here out of convince. Please avoid all of these stores. I will do my utmost to continue negative comments.

If you need a groomer don’t come here. They left a quarter size wound on my 10 month old miniature schnauzer. They give you every excuse they can come up with but the vet is the expert and said it’s a wound not no hot spot. They get away with injuring you puppy the worst groomer and corporate office isn’t any better. Find a real groomer! Groomers end up here because they suck!

I had my yorkie poo groomed here about a month ago, he came home and kept messing with his feet , biting them and nibbling. His front nail was split open, and he had a large matte stuck in the bottom front paw pad. I took him to the vet and they said the groomer didn’t do a good job which is how this was caused. I spent another $70 for them to remove the matte and correct the nail clippings. If you need an actual groom I wouldn’t recommend here.

Everyone here is so nice and they always have a lot of sales. It is a smaller store, so they might not have everything, but they always keep well stocked on what they have.
