Unfortunately the automated car wash only washed half of my truck. The sprayers on the driver's side weren't functioning properly. I called 1 week ago and left a message with my contact info and the issue but have yet to hear back. Quite disappointed in not only the wash but a call back seems to have been warranted considering the situation. If I ever hear back from them I will update my review...
Update, they have reached out and said the automated wash has been fixed and will give us a replacement wash.

Had an issue with self serve bay was just taking the quarters but wouldnt start so I called the # posted an believe I spoke with a guy name Dale an received great customer service an looked out for me for reporting the issue

I’ve visited this car wash hundreds of times as it is minutes from my house and usually would pay for a $10 basic wash (which does better than their more expensive washes) and would typically just go home and detail my car and polish my rims. Every time I go for a wash you can’t tell a difference. It is extremely disappointing. Would not recommend!Services: Polishing

▪︎BEWARE CON-ARTIST COMPANY▪︎Worst place in the city to take your car for a wash! It's not considered cheap for the price, but for the products! Equipment NEVER works especially the self-service bays where they steal your money after inserting their faulty coins!I put in $4 dollars of their tokens and the machine never started! I then foolishly used my credit card which they have a false advertisement sign claiming a 2min wash is $3 dollars but after you check your bank transactions they stole $10 from your card! It's not a malfunction with the reader's either like the owner lied to another reviewer about! The owner is a straight con artist who is just leaving the same responses for everyone saying "just call the number I provided and we can work something out".Catch is I already called all of those numbers and left a very detailed voicemail which was never returnedThey can keep the money they stole from me I will now keep a minimum of a 100 people a year from ever doing any business there!PROMISE!

It's a nice car wash. I only stopped to use the vacuums. It sucks that you have to get the dollar carwash coins and can't use quarters. It would be much more convenient to be able to use quarters.

Machines would not recognize their tokens. Stole 6 dollars. I tried calling and there is no answer and no way to leave a message.So I called the number on the reply and he was very personable and explained the phone issue along with remedied the issue.

Charged me twice for the 14 dollar car wash and no one on site to help not even a phone number. Had to get out of my vehicle because I was trapped between the carwash entrance and a lift gate to go pay a second time so I could leave it was -28 real feel that day. ENTER AT YOUR OWN RISK! DO NOT RECOMMEND!
