I got $5.00 worth of tokens, put all 5 of them in the machine, then it said that i only put 50 cents in and i need to add more

Paid for a mid tier wash, it literally only did the pre soak and skipped every other part, waste of money do not go here so many other options that actually work.

Tried to use self wash bay closest to full service and it took $2.00 dollars and wouldn’t accept anymore money or refund. Used debit card and it charged card 10 dollars and didn’t activate. Attempted to contact and message says unable to leave message. Poor quality and poor service. How about a refund ?
