I asked if the price of the dog was negotiable and the owner rudely told me I can’t afford the dog if I had to ask. She wasn’t nice at all and made me feel terrible.

It would be nice if they would open when they say they would. It’s after 10 AM and no one has opened the store. They charge a fortune for there animals and there items but they don’t want to work.

Kicked us out an hour and a half before closing. Doors we unlocked and no sign. Walked in and shooed us out. Pathetic.

Went in yesterday to look for a puppy. We found a Boston terrier. The staff was very accommodating and very nice provided very useful information. Plus you get a lot good perks 20% off free first vet visit also, I had to run home to grab my credit card to purchase the puppy. My wife and daughter chose to stay at the store so no one took the puppy. They wanted and it really made me happy that despite the store being super busy, the staff still came up checked on my wife and daughter gave them a private area so they can bond with a puppy. I will definitely go back and recommend to my colleagues. Also, there was a young lady who helped us at the register and she was wonderful. She help us pick out a harness help us get the puppy into it gave some great recommendations plus, I’m pretty sure I saw the owner too. She came up with a big smile on her face and was really helpful.

Just left this store after being told to put down every puppy we picked up as every other person walked around with other puppies. The owner talked to the other employee about us and our children. I have bought two puppies from here & i will NOT be coming back.

We have gotten 4 dogs from here over the years. They all turned out to be healthy. We just purchased dog #4 a Cavashon. She is doing great. ?

This place used to be decent. Now its so over priced its ridiculous. Lucky to find anything under $1k!!!

This place is absolutely disgusting. My girlfriend got a job here and on her first (and only) day of work. Her job was to clean up poop (which is understandable) however, she was provided no tools, gloves, apron, or anything of that type. She had to use her bare hands and a rusted paint scraper to clean up poop and was told to use her finger nails to scrape poop off of food bowls and dishes. Which is completely unhealthy and just disgusting, the one and only bathroom was also covered in pee and poop all over the toilet, there is also no break room so she had nowhere to sit and had to sit outside on the ground on her break. Also, I’ve seen the dogs roll around in their own pee without anybody cleaning it for a good amount of time. This place should be shut down immediately!

Honestly was heart breaking when I went inside.. first off the place smelled absolutely terrible.. walked around and later found out why. The kittens had a VERY full litter box.. looks like it hasent been cleaned in a VERY long time.. and the puppies had p*** alll over where they were laying. Felt really bad for the animals.

I walked into this store once the first time I noticed if and walked right back out. I’ve always had nothing but contempt for places like this that support puppy mills, but it just kicked into high gear today. A customer at the store where I work shared a story about this joint donating a puppy to an auction fundraiser. Not a gift basket of pet items or a gift card, an actual, living creature was donated to be someone’s impulse buy. The person who ‘won’ the puppy realized a few days later they didn’t actually want a dog and returned the dog to the organization that hosted the auction, which is how my customer came to have the dog. Thank goodness the dog found a soft landing. It was also mentioned that this place donates their ‘clearance dogs’. What the hell is a clearance dog???? It’s 2023, this kind of place is archaic and gross.
