Great place- owner is honest and has integrity. I bought a truck and had an issue when driving it back to NY..he shipped me parts and made sure everything was 100%

We went there because of good reviews here but think again!!! We went there because my windshield was leaking on my passenger side.They fix the passenger side but now other side is leaking so went back again but they couldn't find problem area. We came back home and found the leaking area asked them to fix that area but still couldn't fix the leaking area.But the problem is his attitude toward fixing this problem. We have wasted so many days back and forth to fix this problem but they never apologized for this inconvenience. They end up giving me refund without fixing the issue. My problem is in his attitude toward this situation!! My precious 4 days was wasted and yet issue is still not resolved. He never apologized and was irritated by me going back and forth trying to solve this issue. They are not professional!!

Unprofessional and never pick up when calling.Tried getting my car in twice and they always said they’d call me back and never would.I had to explain that my Subaru was AWD to them and they sounded surprised lmao. Wouldn’t have been surprised if they couldn’t move it either bc it’s manual.They also laughed when I told them my name when trying to set up an appointment.Honestly don’t get how this place has good reviews, on top of that they have 20+ cars constantly sitting outside so that’s not a good look.
