We just had our 6 month old's ears pierced and it was honestly a great experience. My wife called earlier and spoke with one of the managers, Kylee, who was very accommodating, kind, and helpful. When we arrived she explained everything well to us about what to expect and the after care. Then when it came to the piercing she was fast and efficient! In this day and age when people don't even greet you or you can tell they don't want to be there it was extremely refreshing. Thank you, Kylee for providing excellent service!
