Nice people but not a bank for business folks. I've been with PNC since the beginning and run a successful business. When the downtown branch closed and Ray retired the branches quit on their business customers. I'm sure they're fine for personal accounts but I'm going to have to find another bank that still works with businesses handling checks. As of today my business of thirty years with funds on deposit is left using a strip mall check cashing place just to handle a routine certified check transaction. SMH

I told this PNC on Wilbeth Road that I didn’t want overdraft fees and I want it overdraft protection money come out of my account when , but apparently they did it anyway now I got overdraft and they act like you don’t know nothing or remember nothing I’m getting out of this bank. I am so tired of it. National city was better. Now I have a fee and I told them I I didn’t wanna overdraft fees. I’m getting out of this PNC Bank like they don’t listen they take all your money, and don’t tell you nothing terrible banking

One of the most horrible horrible horrific branches I have ever dealt with. I am a long-standing PNC customer and the audacity of a teller trying to tell me I forged a check is a serious offense. I made a formal complaint. I am not finished with this situation.

Worst banking experience I’ve ever had. The banking manager made me feel worthless and as if I’m a criminal while trying to cash a check. She would not give me any answers or direct in the right direction or help me what so ever. There was a point when I asked a question, she got up and walked away.

Just another business using COVID-19 as an excuse to understaff so that they have a line around the effing building on a Saturday with everybody waiting 45 minutes in the heat to deposit their meager paychecks.

Last 3 times I've visited this bank I've had to wait in the drive threw for 45 minutes to an hour. Each time I was there there was 2 windows open an only 4-5 cars in front of me. Theres no excuse for this. This bank has horrible customer service an needs to be closed.
