Nice people but not a bank for business folks. I've been with PNC since the beginning and run a successful business. When the downtown branch closed and Ray retired the branches quit on their business customers. I'm sure they're fine for personal accounts but I'm going to have to find another bank that still works with businesses handling checks. As of today my business of thirty years with funds on deposit is left using a strip mall check cashing place just to handle a routine certified check transaction. SMH

I typically avoid this bank because the outside and inside ATMs were slow, and the bank tellers here are not friendly to say the least. Thankfully, the ATMs were upgraded and I periodically stop here to make transactions. However, I am unsure why I receive phone calls every month from this location. This just puts the icing on the cake as to why I don't come here. Why pester your customers with a bunch of phone calls and voicemail?

I was here to correct spelling of a name on a joint account. Kyra was pleasant, professional, made the corrections, and I was on my way in less than 5 minutes. Thank you, Kyra!

Showed up without an appointment to ask a banker a couple questions. Bank closes at 1. Banker told me to come back later as both bankers were in appointments that were going to take the rest of the day

Always extremely understaffed! One teller working the lobby and drive thru. After waiting over ten minutes with no end in sight I decided to go to another branch on the way home.

Customer service at this branch is pathetic. Any time I’ve ever walked in they have 1 teller with a line of 4+ people, they have issues supporting customers here.

Rude staff. Been a customer for over 20 years taking my accounts elsewhere. PNC should do a better job training employees on customer service.
