If dealing with a death isn't hard enough, we were given the run around time and time again until I reached out to Lori, she was such a big help, she got us answers quickly. We can not thank her enough, she went above and beyond !

Considering it was the worst thing so far in my Life losing my Mother, but Lori and Tim made it all bearable. She is great people willig to go the extra mile. Even tho Covt 19 it was still a beautiful service and we are very grateful to all of you! And definitely would recommend Prentice to all!

Mrs. Lori is truly a lovely, caring, and generous person. I saw first hand an act of true kindness as she helped a dear friend in need take care of her small child's funeral and cremation. Aside from minimal, miscellaneous expenses, she billed the young mother: NOTHING. What an amazing gesture from a truly amazing woman. Thank you for your selflessness.
