These guys go above and beyond for there customers.. I drove 3 hours to Prestige Auto Credit. I financed a 2017 Taurus SHO and the loan company needed more information before i was able to drive off with my new vehicle and they stayed over there work hours, brained stormed different ways/ideas to get me the information they needed.. definitely recommend them to get you into the vehicle you may dream of. Thanks again Tom and the rest of sales team! ??

I’m having the worst experience with this company. They sold me a car that was nothing as described. I bought what I thought was a 2013 BMX X3. With Bluetooth, navigation system, backup camera, and NO CHECK ENGINE LIGHT ON. That was really important for me to buy a low maintenance vehicle. The vehicle gets delivered to me with low gas and the check engine light is on. They told me that it was because the gas is low. They took it back and the check engine light was off. But shortly after driving the car the came back on. Mind you I work from home so this car isn't driven often and at this point at all.
I call them I PAY to get the car shipped from CLEVELAND back to Akron so they CAN FIX. The issue with my check engine light, also install my glove box, also fix the backup camera and navigation system. Only one of these things happened. After having my car for a whole day they only put in a glove box. Still can’t use the backup camera, still can’t use navigation, still can’t hook up to Bluetooth.
ANNNDDDd the check engine light is on still so now I can’t even get a plate. I go get my emissions test and it literally says the car needs a catalyst converter, which is damn near 2500 dollars. They had my car and knew this whole time they were selling me a lemon and instead of offering me another option they stick me with a car I can’t drive stole the money I needed to buy another car and have a real vehicle and no one is answering the phone now. I’m only getting voicemail after voicemail. I literally did everything on my end that I’m supposed to do, all I asked for was a working vehicle that’s reliable.
Actually all I asked for was the vehicle they posted on the advertisement. And once again these salesmen do what they always do to women. Cheat is and lie to us, and leave us paying a bill for something we had no idea about. I feel like I’m trapped now. I can’t afford to get the car fixed and pay a note on something that should’ve never been posted for sale let alone or sold. It will literally be an expensive pile of junk sitting in my yard once the tag expires. I wish there were lower stars.
I was recommended to them by my father who has bought many cars from them and even he can’t believe this lack of attentiveness. I’m just so distraught because I was tired of looking for a car and these ppl decided to take advantage of that instead of actually making sure I was satisfied and all my buying needs were met. I’m so disappointed and I really just want all my money back so I can turn this car in and buy another vehicle.

Update: Bill (sales manager) did reach out to me to fix the issue. His staff drove down to Cincinnati, picked up my car, fixed and then returned it. I definitely appreciate them going above and beyond to remedy this situation.

I would first like to say that the staff at Prestige Auto credit were very nice, friendly and accommodating. Jemar was my salesman and was great through the entire process. Other members of the staff also talked to me while I was there which made me feel quite welcome.
I drove from Cincinnati to Akron (a 3 ½ hour drive) a couple of days ago to potentially purchase a 2018 Mercedes Benz CLA 250. I had come across it on the internet just a couple days prior and was very interested in it. I came up, took it for a test drive and agreed to buy the car. I was so excited! I immediately fell in love with it and couldn’t wait to get back home.
About 45 minutes into my ride home (after my passenger had read almost every page of the manual and pushed almost every button he could), we tried to turn the radio on. When we did this, the screen showed that it was on but no sound was coming out. Thinking that it had to be something silly (a mute button was on or something like that), we continued to drive back home thinking we would eventually figure it out. We also had to get back home to pick up the kids.
Long story short, this dealership sold me a car in which the speakers don’t work. We tried everything to fix them (including checking all the fuses) to no avail. We also reached out to our local Mercedes Benz dealer to see if they could help. They gave us advice that we followed and that did not fix the issue either. The only conclusion that was reached was that the amp is blown (which had to happen before the purchase of the vehicle) and will cost me around $1000 to fix.
I am extremely disappointed and upset that I was sold a car in which something as basic as the speakers do not work. I would have never thought that this was something that needed to be checked before I drove off the lot. 2 days into owning the vehicle I am going to have to spend a considerable amount of money to get them fixed. I did reach out to Jemar the day after I bought it with my issue and he responded that he would ask his technicians and get back to me very quickly. It has been almost 24 hours and I still haven’t received a response as to this issue or heard from anyone on the management team regarding this issue (which I'm sure they are aware of it).
Beware if you’re buying a car here. As I mentioned before, the staff was very friendly, but any dealership that will sell you a car in which the speakers don’t work and won’t do anything to fix the problem that was clearly an issue before the sale can’t be trusted. To be honest the only reason I did not give a 1 star review is because of how nice everyone was.

Great experience straightforward group... Jemar knew the vehicle inside and out. Bill and Tom did excellent in handling the financing and getting the vehicle ready to roll out the door... They were able to get all of this accomplished with me showing up last minute in less than 3 hours... Highly impressed with these guys and I will be back for my next ride.

Hello everybody! I want to leave a review for Prestige Auto Credit. I am very satisfied with the work of the employees of this dealership, and especially with the work of Taras, who helped me choose a car (Audi Q7), suggested the best options for the car, and helped with the preparation of documents and their translation, since I am from Ukraine and I am still learning the language. Also, Bill's work is incredible, help with paperwork and the best terms for car financing, he is one of the best sales managers I've met. Thanks again to Taras and Bill for their professional customer support from the beginning of the car search to handing over the car keys.
