Sorry I haven't posted the review sooner! DiAngello who was the salesman was a great help and even stayed late to close the deal on my car! We had amazing conversations and was also assisted by Justin who was a great help with everything as well! The whole process was easy even though we had a few setbacks on my end. By far the worst car buying experience I've ever had. The individuals who work at this dealership are in no hurry to get anything done. Expect a 6 hour dealership visit if you go here. Not only that but Justin, the finance manager is not friendly and has a bad attitude problem. If you're looking for a decent vehicle without an issued, this is not the place to shop. Bought a 2017 Land Rover and the engine light came on twice within two days. Prestige Auto Credit....more like Wack Auto Credit.

Worst buying experience I have ever had. Do not have Bryan as your salesmen. He is good UNTIL you have a problem. I called Prestige numerous times with no response the minute I pulled from their lot. They moved the truck from the original space and I'm sure it was to hide the major oil leak! I came out from having the truck two days to find an oil puddle under the car. With no responses from Prestige, my car sat at Land Rover of Louisville 9 days before I was able to realize Cody B with service lied and had never even started my claim with the warranty company. Very unprofessional. Land Rover of Louisville was shocked at my treatment and their lack of response. The cost 800 bucks. and their so called warranty only covered 400. I had the car TWO days! If you buy from them take a mechanic. Read the fine print. If it were me, choose ANYwhere else!

bought a 2017 Tahoe had rust showing 1 week after I bought it. fired up the a/c for the first time today and the compressor isn't working. not a good day

From someone who just bought a car from this place I would NOT advise ANYONE from doing business with Prestige Auto Credit, been waiting for my promised parts for OVER A MONTH, have spoken with 3 different people and keep getting lies from them. Dishonest and AWFUL customer service.

Buying a car from here is the biggest mistake I could have made. I was promised that everything would be repaired and I went around it with a fine tooth comb with our salesman Gaige. He took pictures of all the missing covers and sent them to the service guy Cody. I was leaving for a trip the day after we made the purchase so they told me to contact them when we got back so they could do the repairs. when we returned Gaige was no longer employed there so we were turned over to Cody in the service department. my 11 year old can find parts for a car that Cody "couldn't find". After months of dealing with the completely inept Cody, who not only insisted he couldn't find the parts needed, but when MY MECHANIC did find the part and called him saying "they are here we just need you to pay for them" he said to send them all back because he had them, but he did NOT. Then we were turned over to Devin, who now 6 months in wanted us to give the car back (that I had already had over $3000 in repairs done on by this point and over $900 of that was not covered by the warranty so I paid out of pocket.) and get me into something else. After still no progress on the repairs we contacted the BBB. at that point we were connected with their "operations manager" Pete. Pete promised us everything would be fixed and assured me multiple times parts were in only to drive all the way to the Cuyahoga Falls location and the parts weren't even there. He finally fixed and replaced most of what I was promised BUT refuses to even replace the key fob that was missing the valet key part. Instead he went and found a spare they had laying around and stuck it in my key fob. Its the key to SOMEONE ELSE'S CAR and doesn't even fit in my door. That doesn't even make any sense. Even the other guys working there agree that when you purchase a car it should come with at least one functional complete key, yet Pete doesn't seem to think the key to the car is a necessity and will just give you someone else's to fit the open slot so it looks like it's fixed. I warn you, DO NOT purchase a vehicle from these people. Every time I have had it at a mechanic in the last year and they have asked where I bought it, as soon as I answer they say "That was your first mistake. We hear that all the time."

That was the smoothest, fastest, car purchase experience I have ever had in my 30 years of buying cars. The salesman Jarod was VERY kind and knowledgeable about every car on the lot we asked about. The finance lady was a young attractive woman who seems to be the brains behind the operation....lol Cache. Hope I spelled it right. But great selection and even better service. A++++++
