My nails were terrible. I asked for a French manicure and it was not up to par. I had her redo them and they still looked bad. Now I have to go two weeks with mediocre nails. Yeah I’m going back to my girl Amy at Belden Village Mall.

My first pedicure ever and I'm 49 lol and OMG WOW ABSOLUTELY AMAZING. They did such beautiful work and made me feel so comfortable and welcome. Everyone was so nice and fun. I had such an anytime not only with the the staff but with the other clients as well having girl talk. This place is very clean and very nice I highly recommend
Requested style: I showed them a picture of a design I wanted for my toes and my toes look better than the picture I showed them

I normally do not leave reviews, but I just had the most horrible experience at this nail salon. The person named Junior. He is a boy he does very horrible jobs. He puts nails on way too big than what they are. He does not respect you as a person out if it wasn’t for the owner to try to fix my nails, she tried to fix them and they still looked very horrible. Not because of her because of him he kicked me out and told me to get out and to go to another nail salon a horrible human being so do yourself a favor and just wait and go to your normal nail salon do not spend your money at this place. They are very rude it costed me $51 for nail salon that I was not happy. He told me that I will walk out a very happy customer. I am not happy. It was a very ugly job. He should lose his job for what he has done to me. my nails are all different shapes and sizes they did job I know that the picture looks nice but in person, my nails are all different shapes. They are way too wide on one hand and on one finger one is bigger than the other, so please do not waste your time here. I told him to stop what he was doing, and he did not stop.

My fiance got her hands done Tuesday and her feet Wednesday, it was a Korean man who put her nails on painted and designed them. He did an amazing job.

If I could give this “establishment” zero stars I would. Was in the area and needed a quick fill so I stopped into the first place I saw. There were 3 dogs running around inside, dog hair EVERYWHERE, and it stunk. I give the place a chance just to have them USE DIRTY ALREADY USED TOOLS on my hands. After the nails were on, and filed/shaped AWFULLY, I decided I didn’t want to proceed with the rest of the service and have them polished, etc. The technician and the owner begged me to stay, and when I refused and offered to pay for the portion of the service that was completed, they began to yell at me and proceeded to CHARGE MY CARD $48 dollars for the worst, half done acrylic fill I’ve ever had…. DISGUSTED. NEGATIVE

I have been going to pro nails for 6-7 years getting my nails done by Kelly and Sam. They are very professional and gentle to the touch. Every visit is complete in a timely manner. I never have sat and waited longer than 5 minutes.My nails are always perfect! I look forward to my every 3 week visit because it's always a pleasant one. I highly recommend the services. I was here two weeks ago with my sister first time getting my nails done and I was absolutely horrified environment is disgusting gnats flying in your face dogs running around using old nail files from previous customers using old nail brushes for previous customers nails are uneven bubbled different lengths and charged me $80 not to mention how they washed out their foot bath was absolutely disgusting a little bit of Scrubbing Bubbles and it's all clean also smelled very bad in there I will never go back..........
