Order through DoorDash from this location tonight. The food was delicious ice cream slushy was amazing. Thank you for a great experience. Even at 3:30 AM!

They not only Charged us for more food than we asked for but didn’t give us that food that they charged us for $30 for what we usually get that’s $20 kind of suspicious look at the receipt there’s more on there than it should be!

The burgers are never hot. Always cool.Seems like they are cooked well in advance. Chesse never melted not even slightly. Hence a cold burger.

The rudest kids work there, they are also the slowest on the planet, only what there talking and laughing about is the most important thing to them. Wait 15 mins to get the food because there having a good time.

This rallys use to be ok, or like a regular rallys. It now is gross they have new buns, not good. And I couldn't tell you about the toppings because there was hardly any on the food. I also hope they chop the hamburgers up more in the chili they use, it's weird when the pieces are the size of the fries.. I dunno if it's a new owner, or just employees that don't care. I'm not expecting much but come on

Can't really rate the atmosphere because we didn't go in I just went through the drive through and get an ice cream cone for me and Chloe. Usually I monitor how fast she eats it .. but I think she got brain freeze for the first time today... she actually backed off and looked kind of bewildered?

So me & my grandmother go to the drive threw of Rally’s orders our food and drives up to get our food and then my grandmother requested a to take off something on her burger witch they made her struggle with doing by saying they can’t fix her burger “ they're not allowed “!, And then Rally’s didn’t even put my order in my bag or on the receipt. Horrible experience do not recommend .

I have never, not once since Rally's stopped the 30 second timer or its free thing, had a pleasant or good experience at any Akron Rally's. The last time I was there was a disaster and the woman should Not still have a job, yet does somehow. Anyway, the young man who waited on myself and granddaughter tonight was very courteous, had a smile, was efficient and seemed glad to have a job. The horrible woman was there behind him or I would have given 5 stars. You lost a star because you didn't handle the last issue. You got four stars due to this One young man out if several employees I've had the "pleasure" of meeting. Thank you young man.

I am not a regular customer of Rally's, but the food was good, especially their fries and banana shake. Service is a little slow, but I would rather have nicely prepared food, with the correct cibdinenrs than a sloppy rush job. I know where to get good late night food with a smile.
