The store and counter service is good, however, phone service has declined. The previous day, I held for about 45 minutes with no answer. I did so because what I needed couldn't be done through my cvs account online. CVS has got to do better

Every time I go the drive through is closed, or the inside is closed both due to staffing. The wait times are an average of 45 minutes each time. I made three trips for a single Rx on my most recent trip

Terrible customer service and prescriptions are never ready. My doctor sent a prescription on Tuesday morning via fax and they did not have it ready until Thursday. They call Wednesday and said it was ready for pickup when I got there they told me to either wait or come back in 20 minutes.

Wouldn't recommend going here for a COVID test. 30 min drive, took a few hours out of the weekend to have our daughter tested to go back to school. Pharmacy "forgot" to put label on the vial - even though all paperwork was in the bag - resulted in "unable to test" 2 components - a Swab and a vial with a label - can't even do that but they fill prescriptions? Yikes ! Now we have to go back and re-test and wait another 2 days. Thanks for that ! Jackas$es

This pharmacy has been around for years, it's sad too see this place gone down hill. I recommend that you take your prescriptions somewhere else.

Once again, every single time i call into this Copley rd location, especially on Sundays i not only have issues with refilling my prescriptions, but i always get the nastiest attitude from the older African american lady, shes very rushy/pushy over the phone & always has the same attitude when i call in! I actually told her i was going to leave a review this time, because her attitude SUCKS.

I changed from the CVS on Cleveland Massillon to this one because it’s closer and I have an issue every time I go. I’ll probably end up switching back because I’ve never had a smooth experience there. I got married over two years ago and they still don’t have the right information in their system so I miss half of my prescriptions when I go and I’ve talked to multiple people about changing it. They’ve said they have my wrong birthday, wrong insurance, they’ve called me multiple times to tell me something was ready for pick up and I drive there and it’s not. It’s worth driving out of your way to have competent help because by the time I make the several trips to get all of my prescriptions and and make all the phone calls to the store it will save time going to another store where they get it right the first time.

Pharmacist could be a little more friendly. I got the impression she didn't want to work that day. Towards the end of the transaction she was more pleasant.

I was absolutely lied to by the pharmacy about when I could pick up meds for my son. It took another day and threw my son completely off.

The pharmacist at the Hawkins CVS will unnecessarily require the social security number of patrons. I went to the drive-thru window to pick-up my prescription. Unlike prior pick-ups when pharmacy assistants waited on me, asking my name and date of birth, I was waited on by Adam, the pharmacist. Adam demanded my name, date of birth, and social security number (SSN). I told him that giving my social security number would put me at risk of identity thief. He responded by saying Health Insurance Portability Accountability Act (HEPPA) required that the SSN be provided. I gave Adam my SSN and left to research the HEPPA requirements, as well as whether or not other CVS stores within a 10 mile radius of the Hawkins CVS store, requested the SSN of a patron. There is no HEPPA requirement nor do other CVS pharmacists demand the SSN before releasing a prescription. Two days later I returned to the Hawkins store and went inside to have a face-to-face discussion regarding Adam’s demanding my SSN. During our 8 minute discussion he knowingly denied, deflected, and disregarded my concern about being asked for my SSN. Adam lied to me by saying that he did not request my SSN, when in fact he not only asked but demanded that it be given before my prescription was released. I left the store because my concern about my SSN being compromised did not matter to Adam. Honesty and trustworthiness should matter. Having a strong moral character and integrity should matter. Being respectful of a patron’s privacy and well-being should matter. I no longer trust Adam because he has the propensity to be deceptive. I will no longer be a patron of the Hawkins CVS store.

I recently called in to have a prescription transferred from another store to this Location and I spoke with a lady name Voncil in the pharmacy. She was very short, smart mouth and rude & almost ruined my day because she couldn’t understand what it is i was wanting, due to her talking over me, then she quickly said “okay bye”. Very rude older sounding black woman. Im disgusted.
