  This franchise owner has the most unclean restaurants that are very poorly ran and they treat the employees with no respect much less decent pay and benefits
  They cut hours and reduce service to try to save themselves from bankruptcy

  They don't return phone calls about an issue with a store on Arlington and employee. (Chase) Left message with Vickie never heard back! I'll find out what stores Rubber City has and be sure not to go

  The McDonald’s on E Waterloo Road in Akron is awful. My fries were dumped upside down in the bag, and luckily I checked my order. There was a sandwich missing. The manager is unfriendly, and acts put out if there is an issue. Considering the price, I’m better off taking my family to a restaurant. Won’t go to this... read full comment
