Very efficient and super nice! He was recommended to me by a friend and he helped me out a lot! I thought I had to pay so much for my car to get fixed but he helped me work around it and my car is fine!

Edd was very personable and helpful with my experience at s&h auto, very reasonable pricing, and even a friendly cat to pet if you’re waiting great experience will be coming back if my car needs anything else (hopefully it won’t lol)

Great service, everyone was very nice and knowledgeable about the car. They were able to find and fix the problem with it in under 20 min. I will definitely be going back for all my car trouble.

I was traveling and swung in here for trouble with my undercarriage dragging on the road. They fixed me up lickety split and got me back on the road right away. Can’t thank them enough!

I’ve come here once to get my brakes done about 4/5 months ago. The service is fantastic, and the people are just the same. I had a question about my breaks this past week and they had no issue with helping me out. While they inspected my vehicle I even got topped off on my power steering! I’m happy to call them my go to mechanic.

As others are saying, Ed is a solid upfront and honest old school kinda guy. He got me in quickly and his guys did a great job getting me rolling again. The price was very fair and I will definitely be back. There's also a shop kitty who is incredibly cute. 12/10

This place was amazing! Highly recommend having your car or truck looked at here especially if you are a student or live by Akron University. So I enjoy working on my car, however I was having series of unfortunate events with my Toyota and needed an expert diagnosis. Ed was more than willing to help me understand what was going on and work with me the whole way. He was even kind enough to explain how to prevent and fix this issue in the future. I sent a girlfriend of mine there knowing she wouldn’t be taken advantage of. Honestly just had a positive experience at this repair shop… I don’t usually get to say that!!!

Ed is incredible! I was doing a road trip from west coast all the way to east. Rain happened and I was driving at night in horrible condition as I ran over big debris. I called for emergency to all locations around me in the morning and all were busy and didn't want to aid me Ed said just come and I will clear time for you. He fixed it in a jiffy, was nice and kind, and went above and beyond/ extra mile to provide me such excellent service. Oh how I wish every repair shop is like that! I thank you tremendously .

Charged $600 for front brakes, rotors, and calipers. Said drums would need replaced on rear and that would be another $350 some or more dollars. Said I would have 70% brakes without doing the rear as I didn't,'t have the money. Less than a week later, had 5% brakes and they went to floor, barely made it back to where I live. Called and left message as they were on vacation for over a week. Never even got a call back.
