First time dealing with Safelite. Terrible experience. Terrible communication, terrible customer service. Scheduled a week in advance for windshield installation and calibration at my home. Time window is 8:00am to 5:00 pm. Job time is estimated to take 3 hrs. Technician is supposed to call 1/2 hour before arrival. Wait 7 1/2 hours without a call. Customer assistance is a typical Robo-line. No help. After 3:30pm, I was able to talk to a human being at CA. They connected me with the Tech. Coincidently, he just discovered that the replacement windshield was scratched and unsuitable for install.While I tried to ask questions, the Tech became irritated, and continuously talked over me every time I asked a question. I finally told him to stop interrupting me. He hung up. I don't think he had any intention of starting a 3 hour job with less than 1 1/2 hours left in the work day.This is an insurance job. My insurance uses Safelite as their glass contractor. Now I'm stuck with Safelite, a company that I have zero confidence in. I wasted an entire Saturday waiting around for a job that was never going to be done, and no way of knowing that until I became proactive. Tech didn't give a damn. Customer Assistance didn't give a damn.Insurance gets paid. Safelite gets paid and the guy paying for it gets no consideration at all. I had to reschedule, and probably waste another Saturday.

I would not recommend this place to anyone. They came out to fix a chip in my windshield and when they left it looked worse than when they started. I tried to call the management there and they did not seem to care at all and just tried to justify why their work was horrible. I recommend using a local shop that actually cares about your vehicle. Very disappointed! Horrible customer Service!!!!Note: All statements above are my opinion based on my personal experience.

Poor quality glass and workmanship.Got my windshield replaced and within a day my rearview mirror is loose and noticed that the mounting base isn’t even attached to the windshield.Turns out that there is actually a clip missing for the mount. It was there at one point but looks like it broke off during installation and they didn’t even bother to mint the mirror base all together.Great job guys

This is my first negative review and I’m going to keep it short because I get extremely upset when I think about my experience. They don’t deserve any stars at all. They deserve to be out of business. They broke my side view mirror and lied about not doing it. Don’t give them your money or trust them with your vehicle. Terrible‼️Terrible‼️Terrible‼️

I've been here twice now, they are very quick and tell you up front what to expect. I came to fix some nicks and once to replace a windshield. I had Steve the last time. He did good work.

What a great experience! My 2008 Jaguar had a long crack in the windshield and needed a full replacement. They were the only glass installer that had the OEM glass. I was able to watch the install from the waiting area. Very cool and professional. I'm sorry I don't remember the technician's name but he was very professional. Explained about how long it would take and so forth. It took about an hour and 20 minutes and when he was done it looked great. Car was clean and ready to go. Fantastic job and highly recommend.

Service sucks!!!! Came to my home withthe incorrect windshield when I verified 3 times my vehicle was a hybrid. Then had to drive to them for my repairs. 7 months later my new windshield is leaking and Safelite's automated system does not allow me to talk with a person. Not a good customer experience!

I arrived as instructed at 7:00am and the employee immediately got my truck in and told me it would be about an hour. I was out of there at 7:55am with a full windshield replacement. I highly recommend this store for any auto glass repair or replacement. It’s rare to find a place of service that communicates well, personable, is on-time and delivers high quality service. The professional even transferred my college window cling to the new windshield. As an insurance agent I will refer all clients to this location. I am 100% satisfied.
