Firstly, Madison deserves a RAISE!! She was SUPER helpful and patient as soon as I walked in this store for the 1st time yesterday (12/30/24)…The blonde lady, her aura was pretty hmm..negative. Anyway, Madison helped me pick out some cool ass press-on nails & we had a nice conversation while I was choosing the nails I wanted. Thank you Madison boo, may the Gods bless you…LOOK AT THESE NAILS!! 😍😍

The person who I'm assuming is the manager in the sally hoodie, shes rude. I’ve been going here for a while because its the closest sally beauty and i’ve never had an issue til the other day. After I held the door for her, she was breathing down my neck and asked me about 5 times if I needed help after I told her no each time and explained I was comparing prices and she talked to me like I was stupid. Not only that but she smells funny too breathing in my face. I won’t be going back to this sally beauty, treating every customer like a criminal is actually wild.

Just left the store. The sales person was actively talking to me, explaining products and another customer walked in. She immediately turned to the person, asked what they came in for today, the person told her and she just walked away from me to take care of the other person. No telling the person she'd be right with them and finish up with me first, no I'll be right back, nothing. Just literally walked away mid conversation. I was prepared to purchase a decent amount of items for Christmas too.

absolutely terrible service. went to pick up an online order, some young girl with purple hair was at the front. I told her my name, she couldn’t find my order, then tells me “oh yeah my coworker gave your package to someone else.” the other person’s package was still sitting there. she then goes to find my items, and they are out of stock, they had given the last one to the wrong person. The fact that they knew about this, decided not to contact either parties to tell us, and didn’t really even apologize or offer to help me find it somewhere else. she couldn’t offer me a refund, and wouldn’t help find my items at another location after they were out of stock. absolutely terrible, i’ve never seen such careless and ignorant people working at a sally’s.

The workers have always been extremely friendly. Even when they don't have the product I'm looking for, they are not afraid to tell me where I can find what I want. I don't know how the other Sally beauty stores are, but this one is a must go to for your beauty needs.

This is store is ridiculous, I was in there the other day grabbing some stuff and this girl I do believe works there she kept fallowing me around basically stalking me. I make money I have no need to steal anything. She was not very helpful with things I needed for my hair she came off very ignorant. I will not be returning to that store ever.

I went in today in tears because I messed up my hair with box color. The girl at the register helped me get all of the products and supplies I needed to fix it. There was another girl that helped as well. Thank you for helping me. I literally was embarrassed to even go there to get the products. It worked! U saved me from my orange hair. ❤ thank you!!!!
