I am not in the habit of dealing with rude people. I assumed when dealing with a company such as the Salvation Army, one would deal with compassion and empathy. Let's just say, when the phone was answered, I inquired, Hi - whom am I speaking to? She said "the secretary". I said, "my name is Ginger and I am trying to locate an old wheel chair that we are in desperate need of." She just sat there. I asked, "are you there Ms. Secretary?" She laughs and says "yes I am am and we are NOT a store". Well MS. SECRETARY I hope that you never find yourself in dire need of a compassionate, empathetic service and if you do, you get EXACTLY what you dish out.
