Went and got my short hair just trimmed maybe 8 min it took, no washing, no drying just trimmed which consisted of trimming my neck and bangs and she charged me 45.00 and stupid me I gave her a 10.00 tip.
I called the shop the next day and the girl said for a simple trim the cost was 35.00 dollars.
Now the girl that did the trimming was someone I went to for YEARS,
Need less to say have not gone back to Scott Talbot shop again, so sad

Really enjoyed my visit today. Meagan did an awesome job with my cut/color and style. I was kinda nervous as it has been a long time since I had my hair done. She explained everything and made me feel totally comfortable. Everyone was so kind and I will definitely be back!

Words cannot describe how grateful I am that I found this salon almost 15 years ago. Cheyanne has been my stylist for that whole time and I feel like she has been there through so much of my ups and downs and always made me feel beautiful inside and out. Today was extra special because today she not only made me feel special with a fresh cut and style, but her and Teresa made my 3.5 year old daughter feel so loved and beautiful, just like a princess. This mom is so grateful to have a place I can bring my daughter that not only cares about her hair but also her as a person!

Scott Talbot Salon offers exceptional service. The staff is welcoming and the facility tastefully decorated. Rachel did a fantastic job with my hair. I left feeling confident and pretty.
The salon offers a wide variety of items. Unlike other places I never feel pressured to buy products like shampoo or conditioner. Everyone is very professional. I will go back to Scott Talbot Salon. 🫧🫧🫧

BEST EXPERIENCE EVER!! Cheyenne and Theresa did an amazing job on my hair today. They fixed me up and was able to say I actually like the turnout of my hair. Absolutely love the service I received their tonight !! Highly recommend this place !!!!!!!

Absolutely horrible customer service. So rude that I had to leave. Went through traffic and was barely 15 minutes late. Asked to reschedule and they wanted to charge me for wanting to reschedule. I understand being late to an appointment and sending a stylist home, however how rude these people are is appalling. I have been here several times and every experience was awful. I have never met such rude people. I tried to give this place a chance because I live right down the road, but unfortunately the entire staff and stylists have 0 manners.

I love Scott Talbot so much, I've got my husband hooked on going there too! We both used their spa services for our pre-wedding facials (Rebecca and Cheyenne are the best!) and my bridesmaids and I had a blast getting our nails done the days leading up to the wedding (Dani is truly an artist!). They offer such a wide range of services and I plan to continue to use them for all of my beauty and grooming needs. All of the staff members are so friendly and helpful. If you're looking for a great manicure or facial, I would highly recommend!

I got a full set of acrylics put on and they were lifting 4 days in to having them. Usually my acrylics from different salons last me 2 weeks +. I paid way too much for them to be lifting that early.

Karlie was awesome! She was able to get me in for my hair to be braided and she was so understanding about my daughter. I feel bad she was fussy during my time there but definitely coming back! Cannot wait for my hair cut 💗
