Apparently, you cannot use a Kohl’s gift card on anything Sephora in the Kohl store. they are two separate companies, a company within a company. It is not posted anywhere in the store or on the website. It’s a very frustrating when you buy somebody a gift card to Kohl’s because kohls sells Sephora but then are told they don’t accept Kohl’s gift cards. This would be is in very helpful and appreciated If both stores would’ve posted this or made this known before purchasing a gift card. Because if I was made aware maybe I would’ve just bought a gift card for Sephora and not Kohls!!!!!

I had such a great experience today! Madeja was so nice and honestly one of the best experiences I’ve had in a Sephora in a long time! She got me brushes so I could try the products and I got exactly what I needed! 10/10 would come again and I live 45 minutes away. Customer service at It’s best thank you again so much Madeja!!!

This location is chaotic and disorganized. The men's clothes are spread out all over the store in the most random and confusing areas. You'll find men's dress shirts next to boys active wear, which is next to girl's night time clothing. The whole store is one big cluster. Was impossible to find anything. This seems to be more common than not nowadays with Kohl's. Employees are not helpful whatsoever, they appear to be miserable, and come across as incompetent. No wonder why they're losing market shares to Amazon. Kohl's use to be the best place to shop. Now it feels like a Ross or Marshall's on a good day and like a Walmart on a bad day. After 15 years of being a diehard Kohl's customer you finally lost me for good. You've turned into a Kmart. Good luck with bankruptcy in 5 to 8 years.
