Called about an issue with our food order and your employee that answered the phone tonight was absolutely ridiculous and rude. He should not be dealing with customers if he doesn’t know how to talk to people !! He claimed to be the manager when we asked to talk to someone else.
Very unprofessional !!
Mac and cheese was literally a cup of cheese with no noodles, our frozen drinks were melted ! Waited 20 minutes for food we ordered for pickup online!

I am a Sheetz regular and the sandwich I got from here was the worst thing I've had in a long time from Sheetz. Great new building with air pumps outside and plenty of gas pumps. But the kitchen in this particular location needs work.

Love Sheetz food. Unfortunately I was disappointed today 😔 my food was so burnt we couldn't even eat it 😞 guess I won't be returning to this location again. For food anyways.

The first time I come to this Sheetz after it was renovated (today, 11/3/24), I got a peppermint milkshake, and it made me throw up. I would have given you guys 1 star but the milkshake was fire so I will give you 2. (I would check and make sure nothing is expired)

This place is literally the worst. Employees clearly not educated and not helpful. Three times I was to get money off my purchase and they scan my app/ card and I don't get it. They complete the transaction then say oh sorry nothing I can do since transaction done. What a totally worthless group of people! I hate this store so much. Go to speedway people! I will go to hartville or cuyahoga falls from now on. At least they show some intelligents. Short staffing is not an excuse stop hiring morons that can't count back money without the screen telling them how much to give back. For Christ's sake these people can't even pull the trigger and scan a card. Absolutely ridiculous! Ripping people off on a daily! No stars giving for outright stupidity!

I used to like coming here for the WiFi, but the store employees don't like it. I can't tell if they are joking or not. Do I have to buy something to use the Internet? Even if I brought something in, I have to share with them? At least that's how I'm treated every time I stop in. How do I deal with these employees seeking gratifications from me? What did I do? I never get this at any other Sheetz.

Ive always enjoyed this Sheetz but its been lacking lately. JT is the man. He's why I keep coming back even when my order gets messed up multiple times. I suggest y'all take care of him ??
