The sales representative at the Arlington Rd Sherwin-Williams Paint Store, Olivia, was very helpful. She gave me a sample book to take home to assist me in picking out a color for repainting a deck. She also gave me a helpful tip about some unused paint I had from a previous project.

Absolutely horrible customer service. Lazy worker and zero acknowledgement of other customers, like hello I have been standing here for 10 min without an even Hello. Never will go back there
