Very clean store plenty of space and great displays. Both employees were super helpful and so so very pleasant and professional. We will be returning. The sale went smooth and can’t wait to get our new sleep number bed. Our first one that we are replacing was 20 years old so excited to try the new and updated version.

Becky was extremely helpful in explaining the different choices of mattresses and giving us an actual experience lying on the different options. She really helped us make the right decisions. We are looking forward to the delivery of our split king with head and foot adjustability and firmness control.

Nick is awesome. I bought a sleep number bed this summer and he just proactively reached out to me to remind me I had a credit on my account that was expiring. I was able to use it to buy two Christmas gifts. That is great service.

Dee was fantastic! She first found us in the system and shared our warranty information with us if we chose to fix our exiting sleep number compared to upgrading and purchasing new. We weighed our options and with the sale we went with purchasing new. She educated us, was patient as my husband and I debated our financial options..she deserves accolades for the work she does.

Was just about to pull the trigger on a Sealy when we decided to visit a sleep number store. We have heard good things about them and thought it was worth investigation. Wow, how the sleep experience has changed. Nick Garlondo of the Fairlawn Ohio store did a fantastic job of walking us through the 3-D technology and explaining how this helps my achy neck and shoulders. I even upgraded my pillow which has been a life saver. Thanks Sleep Number and Nick for this great experience .

Becky, was friendly,kind, applied no pressure and was very knowledgeable.
