I walked in... the place was a mess... no Staples retail help except in the printing area and yet no one asked if I needed assistance. There was such disarray and the place made me claustrophobic, I left without making a purchase. Coming from Massachusetts, the Staples was always neat clean and well staffed. Disappointed to say the least.

Staples in Fairlawn has well versed employees and they are efficient. I ended up not only with a great printer but it was on sale..Wish everything in life was that easy.

Mason at Staples in Fairlawn area was wonderful. He matched the competition’s price, helped me set up the newer membership program, showed me some other products I was interested in. The store was well stocked, very clean and organized. It was nice not to have to wait for item shipped from the internet company. Outstanding brick and mortar experience. When I asked a young woman for help she said she didn't know how to help me print and adjust the pages. I again asked for help in general and was told she couldn't help. I've not been treated so poorly for just asking an employee for help. I left went to kinkos and the young women was helpful above and beyond her position. I recommend Kinkos which is less than a mile away.

I love Staples .. you can drop off most of your old electronics and do Amazon returns. They also have everything I need for my computer and printer at at good price.

It's a nice store to shop at for your office or home needs. If you order online they will have your items delivered by the next day after you order them, or have them ready for you within an hour of ordering.

Nice and kind employees. :) Employee with short red and black hair, black choker, and alternative look have great costumer service to people, I noticed as I was at self service station. Her hoodie is so cool, it had yellow lettering. I wanted to ask what band that was, because it looked like something I’d listen to. :)

First time going to Dee's. Ordered take out and service was good. Food was ready in a very short time and I was very impressed with the decor inside the restaurant. Think 50's family restaurant! Food is also very reasonably priced. I ordered the stuffed pork chop and it was very good and enough for two meals. My husband had the Al's sausage sandwich and our bill was under $20. We will be returning.

I had some invitations printed at this store and they came out perfect! I also bought the wrong size envelopes and when I came in to exchange them the team there was amazing and helped me find the perfect size! 10 out 10 highly recommend.

I’ve been coming to this Staples for 5 years to get a significant amount of printing done. I’m not sure what’s going on at this store, but the customer service is incredible. My orders a complicated and cumbersome, and the team always works with me patiently to fulfill them. They always seem to be in a good mood. I can’t say enough about this store. Great work!
