I have cashed many checks here and never had a problem. They gave me the money instantly that includes my tax refund. Not sure that other review saying they took their money is legit. Can't comment on the food because I have only cashed checks here but it looks like they have a large variety of snacks. The guy that is usually there is pretty nice and doesn't give you much hassle when cashing checks.

This place was great. Nice variety for a small store and friendly staff. Not sure why they closed but I hope it's not for good. Best store like this for miles.

This business is a Fraud when it comes to cashing checks. They said they would cash my federal refund check, but took my check but never gave me the money .... They will rip customers off and make you look like a fool for trusting them! They took $6000 from a very productive member of society.

This Company Stole from me money that i had brought my Federal Tax Refund check too. They gave me some of the money upfront, and told me so many lies but at the time, I trusted them and there business to follow thru with what they said they would do, and they took my Tax Refund check, but never gave me the money from my check.. So now i have to take them court, just to get my money that rightfully mine. There business is cashing checks. So I trusted them to do just that. They didnt. They ripped me off thousands of dollars. Something you dont think of a business thats been in business for 25 yrs doing to a law abiding citizen, and productive member of society.

These dudes been providing service in the Akron U area for as long as i can remember. One of the few businesses still at the same location before the Akron U reboot. Need a check cashed? They got you. Need a phone? They got you. You hungry? Don't worry, they got snacks. Plenty of them.
