This storage facility is perfect for my needs. It's inside a large building where I can drive inside through a coded overhead door and drive along the center lane to the crossing aisle where my unit is located. Very convenient and there are carts available to use to roll right up to the unit. The whole facility is climate controlled so my unit stays at a constant temperature which is good for my items. I only needed a small storage area so I was able to get one at a very reasonable monthly fee without having to sign a long term lease. A nice additional feature is the large central restroom area. Clean and convenient. My unit has a secure padlock and the whole facility is secure with coded access and cctv surveillance.

It's not secure, not a lot of cameras, our stuff was stolen out of our unit, we had minimal help from management or APD, steer clear.

It took 3 weeks for anyone to set an appointment in the office to get my forgotten gate code. No one is ever in office and no one ever answers the phone or calls back. I moved out and I left a voicemail stating so and they still reached out asking if I moved out. They are just so unaware and the facility is over crowded. Avoid this place because they will change your rate by more than 50%! Avoid this terrible place.

Really if you have to use a storage for other than the need of business. YOUR PROBABLY having some unforseen issues that forced you to take up a service like this. It's gnot a good situation however it happens to come about. This place like most all other business' isn't ABOUT people or their circumstances that brings you to them, understandable enough. However when it comes to capitalizing and gaining anything off of the hardship of another then you can clearlyOversrand why it's called storages of "America"If you GNOW then you GNOW!!!America is just what you have been groomed to be"Capitalist" THE American way☣️☣️☣️

Very nice secure storage, they did raise the prices $10 a month though. Hopefully it doesn't happen again.

Awesome facility, very clean. Unfortunately my unit is on second floor but surprisingly wasn't as bad as I thought it was going to be they have plenty of carts to move my merchandise to the service elevator which is very large very nice indoor facility the old Macy's building at Chapel Hill Mall Great concept.

My 2 friends rent this storage that I help them take the stuffs from deaf club to put it there in storage is nice and clean haveA/C in summer and in winter have heat inside the storage.
