Other than the Springfield PD messing with me after 11 PM with some lame excuses a few times and being ignored by me abruptly (rental unit is 24/7 access) the place is awesome.

The storage unit I am in is very dry and the floor is very clean. Any question or request I've had has been answered and dealt with in very quick fashion and Brittany has been very friendly. The price for my 10x24 unit is very reasonable and the location is great and in a safe area. This is one of the better storage facilities I've been with in the area. There is 24/7 access and your valuables stay safe behind barbwire and automatic closing gates. Very pleased!
