I recently had my oil changed at Summit Toyota and I must say, I was thoroughly impressed with the level of service I received. From the moment I arrived, everyone was very helpful and made sure to address all of my questions and concerns. The staff was friendly and knowledgeable, creating a welcoming atmosphere. They took pictures right when I got there and also had some newer diagnostic equipment that checked the alignment on my car.
The oil change process took a little over an hour and a half, which was a bit longer than I expected, but I didn't mind because they were extremely thorough in their work. They checked all the necessary components and ensured everything was in top condition before completing the service.
In addition to the oil change, I also took the opportunity to get a second key for my 2024 Toyota Grand Highlander. The staff was able to assist me with this request quickly and efficiently, making the entire process seamless and convenient.
Overall, my experience at Summit Toyota was nothing short of wonderful. The service was top-notch, the staff was helpful and friendly, and I left feeling confident that my vehicle was well taken care of. The icing on the cake is the fact that they updated me via text. I highly recommend Summit Toyota for anyone in need of automotive services.

They don't overcharge for service or make up things that they say need doing. They are competent. It is pleasant to go there for service.

Careful going here. Sales rep was helpful but I put a deposit on a specific vehicle. Summit Toyota can't provide the specific vehicle as it is on recall and will not give my $500.00 deposit back.

I have been a customer of Summit Toyota for years. We purchased our car there and I trust them for all the regular maintenance. They provide a nice waiting area when I bring my car in for scheduled car care. It is great that they use video messaging to show me my car and the work that is being done. The communication of the team from the time I come in to when I leave is excellent. Also, I has been a true blessing that in the event my car needs some additional work that they provide a driver to take me home and pick me up. I have needed this service a couple of times in the past and their drivers were so kind and polite. I feel that Summit Toyota really cares about their customers and our cars.

I went to your dealership unbeknownst to anyone since no one came out from the showroom(TJ DiSanto), and was less than impressed, the state of your parking lot alone should be a crime.
I went over to Ken Ganley and was greeted immediately and no potholes!

Outstanding service from Nevin Boland. He went above and beyond. We came from York. Pa to purchase a very well priced used vehicle for our daughter. We used a Greyhound bus to get there, however the bus broke down in Youngstown, and Nevin came and picked us up from the bus station, which is an hour drive from the dealership, to enable us to complete the buying process. Everybody at the dealership was very pleasant and professional to work with. The car was clean and included a complimentary Oil change and a full tank. Would highly recommend this dealership for friendlyness and honesty.

Last-second change to trade-in value. Be careful with putting down any deposits. They might change the deal when it is too far gone to go to another dealership.
