The self check out is never open the last couple times I’m here so then I end up waiting in a long line. They have two registers open with lines across the walkway.

Bad customer service…The Store employees were rude and not helpful. I was ignored and my presence was not evem acknowledged as i walked by several store employees. I was searching for an item and could not find it. I approached a female employee looking for the men’s department and was told in a rude manner that it was “that way” and she pointed toward the back of the store. I proceeded to the back where, once again, I was met with rude employees. I approached another to get help locating an item. The woman responded “if you can’t find it, we don’t have it”. To clarify, I said, “so you don’t have any adult men’s Browns jerseys?” And she raised her voice and said “what is in stock is all we have”. I promptly left the store and will not be back. Terrible customer service. Managers… could she have directed me to shop on Targets website?

I found my purchase in a clean, well organized store. There was only 1 person ahead of me in line. The cashier was friendly.

Had everything in stock that it said it would on the website. Nice and orderly. The store was very clean state-wide. It wasn't very busy either so I was able to be in and out in a jif.

I LOVE target and as most young women, it’s more of an experience rather than just a trip to the store. While checking out, I walked up to an open cashiers line (her name was Shelly I was told) and smiled and she didn’t bother to smile back or say a single word to me. A hello would’ve been nice. I too, have and still work in customer service and this isn’t the way you treat people. I left her line and walked to the next line to another nice lady who helped me and was kind.
