I been driving 6 years and have backed in some of the tightest spots I can remember but I have NEVER had to do a 90 degree back like this. Couldn’t do it so I backed in and disconnected from the trailer. Very poor design. Most of the trucks I’ve seen here are day cabs so perhaps they deliver here all the time. My first time here and hopefully my last.

Office and dock ppl 5 starsAppointment and docks 1 star. Weather conditions can make the backing up harder but not too complicated. New drivers stay out

I hated this place as I have a 53" trailer and hwy truck. Dock persons could not find load with all the numbers given and made me wait once found. Just a poor planned distribution center that was outdated years ago.

If I could give zero stars, I would. Very poor management. It is tight but not that bad. We had an 11:00 appt and they said they did not have the appt. Lost alot of money because they don't know what they are doing. Avoid this place unless you are LTL.

For it to be as tight as it is (pause) it’s a great place to deliver too, check in was easy and I didn’t have to wait forever to get unloaded!

Executive decision making at its worst. If you have a long nose Peterbuilt or Kenworth and a 53' you're not doing yourself any favors taking a load here. None of the higher ups at this company had the sense to say "maybe we shouldn't accept 53' trailers at this location." I'd give the dock employees 4 stars, but the setup deserves 0. So that averages out to 2 total.
