Wow, horrible facility, awful experience! Not worth it. It took over 7 hours to start loading, loading is taking forever, and the driver has to stand and observe it and strap along. The forklift operator kept walking away and checking after every other skid. It is simply a ridiculous operation. We spent our entire shift and waking hours waiting here for nothing.
To make matters even more awful, the blonde in the shipping office is so incredibly rude, it’s astounding. Who raised this person, it’s hard to believe people like this exist outside of villain movies? I would say, not worth the time and money. This place sucks in my experience.

Automatic 4 Star Rating for this Truckers relief when there’s overnight parking 🙏my appointment is for 11:00 am Monday, I arrived yesterday (Sunday)evening, I’ve read the reviews, and reviews help big time so thanks in advance people 🙏👍👏I read FCFS and by appointment only and open for business at exactly 8:00 am. DOOR 9 DRIVERS CHECK-IN
6:18am, nobody here yet on Monday, cars are arriving, most driving completely around back, some driving through past where I’m parked.
I’ve added night pictures where I’m parked behind 2 other trucks. Like parking as far and clear from door docks, plublic access and leaving room for other trucks…it’s called professionalism and courtesy to everyone. That truck with lights on in front of me (as one can obvious observe) was parked here already in that spot,totally hogging up real estate keeping others from properly parking like myself. Truck next to it arrived after me being forced to wedge in between so, now the trucks blocked off from moving out forward due to side curb that’s in front of him or her.
Well…time to chug me some hot fresh coffee ☕️

I will give them three because they have overnight parking that is big deal for truck drivers but they send you in the back to unload it is a nightmare this is only for day cap for their drivers only not for us I wish if they fix it everything else they do a good job
