Ridiculous run around. Was treated very well until it came to financing. I made the mistake of telling sales that I could pay cash but rather finance. After that, they wanted $1500.00 down and finace $1500.00I guess sales makes enough money without me.

DONT BUY A MATRESS HERE ME AND MY HUSBAND BOUGHT ONE HERE WE ASK THEM ABOUT THE RETURN ON IT THEY SAID U GOT 90 DAYS TO TRY IT OUT DONT LIKE IT BRING IT BACK GET YOUR MONEY BACK YES WE WERE PAST LIKE 2 WEEKS OF THE 90 DAYS BUT THATS ONLY BECAUSE MY HUBBY JUST HAD BACK SUGERY AND THEY WAS VERY RUDE INSIST THEY WERE NOT GOING TO REFUND US EVEN TELLING THEM didnt like it ???

DO NO SHOP HERE!!! Masters of bait and switch! Brought my 94 year old mother-in-law there for a recliner. She decided upon one and the sales clerk said it would actually be more because of delivery. We didn't ask for or want delivery. I run my own business and have all the tools needed for a simple delivery as this would be. Picking up the recliner was not an option because they "didn't have the room to store customer items" If you're going to force delivery down my throat, include it in the price. Stay away! You've been warned!

Recently moved to the area and needed a new dining room set. The set I saw online wasn't at the Fairlawn store. I explained what I was looking for and my budget. They sold me a floor model set within my budget that was more than I could've hoped for! Will definitely go back!

I really wish I could have liked Bob's Furniture store. My husband and I stopped in on a whim several months ago to see the store for the first time. We had to opportunity to browse and meet a few wonderful sales people. We even found a coffee table that we had been looking for for months that would be perfect for our home. Turns out they could not sell it to us because it was a floor model and those could not be sold until they had something new to replace that floor model with something else to keep it looking pretty. The sales person kindly took our info but never called us to tell us we could ever purchase it. I even followed up with him several weeks later and we still could not purchase it. It just stinks when a store cares more about the look of a piece of furniture than actually selling it. We were ready to buy but clearly Bob's did not want to sell their stuff. We never did hear about that coffee table that we wish we could have bought...

We didn't know where to go, and found ourselves in the neighborhood, so we checked it out!Greeted upon entering and very nice salesman!We were so indecisive on what we wanted and what we really needed but he was patient and listened to all of our needs and let us focus on what we really needed AND wanted!I cannot believe we will be getting it in less than a week, too! 12 months financing is great, even if you have the money to pay now!They deliver and put it together, set it up just where you'd like it and then take the trash with them! Excellent!If you need furniture, I couldn't recommend them more!

Don't waste your time shopping here. Attempted to buy two chairs that weren't in stock. They said they will be made and anticipate delivery in February '22. Waited two months. An email came to me telling me that they canceled the order. I called to get an explanation but only got talked into buying another model. I asked for my money back. I was told a manager would call me to confirm. Didn't hear anything for most of the day so I called and the manager said he tried leaving me a msg but it sounded "foreign" so he didn't. What a lie! Waiting the standard 3 business days for a refund.

I HAVE TO GIVE 1 STAR BECUASE THERE IS NOTHING LOWER.1 The white glover treatment is a bunch of crap, The first thing there PUNK delivery people is ask '' Do you want us to put it together'' Lets see I paid extra for WHITE GLOVE. So they continued to work and after they put it together (kitchen table ) it was not even, PUNKs says '' your floor is not even".2 They leave not cleaning up a single thing (that white Styrofoam) everywhere. They say'' we dont have a broom'' and we gotta go to the next house.3 Called customer service for 3 hrs to get NOWHERE. The soonest they could have someone come clean the mess is 6 days.4 After going to to store and complaint I was listing to someone elses phone conversation hearing about the mess some delivery people left behind. HMMMM PUNKSFYI ....STAY AWAY AND RUN, ITS NOT WORTH IT
