I am VERY pleased with The Farmer's Rail's response to a problem. Originally, I had ordered a product that turned out not to be exactly what I expected. WOW, DID THEY BEND OVER BACKWARDS TO MAKE IT RIGHT FOR ME! They are now my butcher!!
