“I haven’t actually “hung out” at Cousin’s yet, but I definitely plan to. My review is really about the incredible service I received beyond the walls of the shop.
A few months ago, my wife surprised me for my birthday with an amazing humidor. I’m not talking about a 50- or 100-count box—I mean a serious “big boy” humidor. She’s not very familiar with cigars, and to make things even harder, we had just moved to the area from Florida. She took a chance on Cousin’s to help her, and it worked out perfectly.
John was patient and really took the time to work with her, making sure her expectations were met while also ensuring what she wanted would actually work in our space. I couldn’t be happier with the result. John and his assistant, Rob, personally delivered, installed, and set up a beautiful humidor that I’ll enjoy for years to come.

And a good variety of Delta products as well as kratom. They also have a variety of vaping products and accessories. So if you're looking to save some money rolling your own cigarettes or looking to have some fun and enjoy yourself this is a great place to visit.”

“The owner Fadia is such a friendly and wonderful lady. Always a pleasure talking to her when she is in. If she is not there is always a friendly person at the counter. Prices are fair and the cigar selection is pretty nice. The humidor could use a bit of updating. Some cigars that do not sell as fast are dried out. I will continue to shop there. Shop local!”

“I have a good and bad review to talk about. The good is that your staff is amazing and that is in part why I shop at your store. Now the bad is I have been trying to get Vapresso heads for my Lux X vape pen, and they are never in stock. Over and over again I try to purchase these particular pods. .4 is the best refill, noticing they are always sold out. There is always 8 and sometimes .6 but never do you have what I am looking for. I am thinking that the cashier would notify management that this particular strength, .4 is a popular pod and that they run out of them all the time. I had to buy .8 tonight because I wouldn't be able to enjoy my devise. And another thing, your staff is awesome. Have a nice day, and refill .4 vapresso pods with out the coil.”

“Been coming here for about 2-3 years and since my time the store has only gotten better and a plethora of products. The employees at this location are phenomenal, going out of their way for customer service and assistance with getting a tobaccoless vape. They answer all my questions patiently and even give great conversation while im having trouble choosing something. Mad respect for them for having such pride and care in their work. “Lovely shop keeps, great atmosphere and always clean.Went there this month for a couple Christmas presents, Noah was very helpful with finding the right sizes in clothes, items that matched and stocking stuffers.Noahs been my favorite worker everytime I've been in there, very friendly, great taste in music and a great eye for the glass pieces.
