Every employee and manager here always goes above and beyond to be helpful. Today I got a flat tire on my way in and Joe ( a manager) and Franco used their own tools and jack from their personal automobiles to change it to my spare. They were so kind and considerate. I always buy my kitty litter here because it has exactly the same contents as the pine pellet litter at the pet store for a quarter of the price ( under the name of “ horse bedding”) as well as my wild bird food. Each location I've been to has friendly, helpful employees but this location’s staff and management exceeds exceptional customer service standards and ideals.

I love coming here for my dog baths, everything is easily accessible for all dog sizes. The one dryer is still somewhat broken but it's usable.

It’s a bit of a random spot for a Tractor Supply, but it’s definitely nice to have around. It’s convenient for picking up a variety of things, from tools to outdoor gear. Even though it’s an unexpected location, it’s become a reliable stop for anything I might need. Great to have in the area!

I like the store but the Winchester safe I bought was a severe disappointment. The electronic keypad sucks. No matter WHAT brand battery you use. Even the Duracell Coppertop. Really no in store assistance with it shoved me over to Winchester’s.

Stop by here this evening wanting to take a look at the plants-- have to say it looks like none of them have been watered since they arrived in the spring time. What is the point of selling plants if you cannot take care of them? Very sad. Esp. since there were 3-4 associates all gathered at the front of the store talking. Wanted to mention that their plants need watered but I didn't feel I needed to waste my breath - if no one cares to notice they're all dead or dying me mentioning the fact is really not going to change that.

Rude staff, prices are higher than comparable stores, and overall quality is just down. Do yourself a favor and shop at nearby competitors!

I bought the most expensive BB gun at the Buchholzer tractor supply. After using the BB gun, it stopped loading into the barrel I called tractor supply they gave me grief about exchanging it. I was able to return it Drove to a different location to buy the exact same rifle. Due to not being in stock. After a minimal use the same exact problem with this rifle happened. I called the original buchholzer store to report and ask for help. The woman who answered the phone around 945am 6-29-24 was unwilling to help show compassion or offer assistance. She was rude and I feel like she doesn’t want to help or be at her job.

Not sure why a store selling horse and cattle feed is in suburban Akron, but they do have a decent variety of bird seeds and dog necessities. The gardening area is pretty good too. And the staff is always friendly and helpful.
