Great upbeat team, always help me find what I’m looking for and load up quickly , I’m giving you 4 stars because I think your prices could be a little better but that’s just me. Keep up the good work and keep hiring people with positive attitudes it makes the difference!

Very bad experience at this store. Went in to buy a couple of winter coats and some other things.They only have one drressing room, and it was locked, and I couldn't find anyone to unlock it. No mirrors anywhere either. If you're going to sell clothes, how about having at least two dressing rooms and a couple of mirrors in the department. I left without buying anything.

When we tried getting in line there were not any cashiers available and the girl, Isabella, ignored us until we asked for a cashier, she already seen us and looked away. She continued being rude by telling us we were at the wrong register, so that gave her permission to ignore us, we were in the 'wrong' line.
After putting all our packages to 'her' check out she didn't want to give us our five dollar gift card for the cat food we bought. She said 'they are not doing that anymore' although she didn't even look for the promotion. The add was still posted for the gift card so we asked to see a manager.
The manger fixed the problem and we got our gift card, even though she should have went and got the manager and asked about the promotion before flat out denying us.
She was a rude person that should be terminated because if she treated us so poorly she treats everyone else the same way.

Website shows they have 2string bales of straw, I was just there (canton rd) and they do not have it. The gal said the person they got it from stopped bringing it. They probably need to fix the site that shows “updated today “

Very clean store. All three staff members were customer oriented. Ramona answered my questions over the phone with kindness, enthusiasm and professionalism. Once I arrived, Kimberly took care of me. She was a delight and willing to go above and beyond in finding everything for my project. If you could duplicate these ladies for all stores people would rave over the service and atmosphere. Thank you for the great shopping experience!

Went to Tractor supply Lakemore plaza. Dude almost ran us over in the store pushing his lift. Saw my kids and just trucked on down the isle. Asked another guy for gravel, he said they had none. Asked someone else, was told "I don't know."
Person 3 pointed and I Don't know maybe over there.
What the heck happened to customer service?
BTW, the DO have gravel, under the white rents in the parking lot.
It's pitiful that a store I used to go to all the time is just another place I will try to avoid
