Turkeyfoot Lake Golf Links is a well-maintained and nice course. The upkeep is excellent, with fairways and greens consistently in great, near-perfect, and impeccable shape. The layout is loved by many. It is generally considered a fun course, described by some as leaning towards the easier side while others find it challenging, requiring patience. A distinctive feature is its resilience against flooding, as the course efficiently absorbs rainwater. The clubhouse staff is polite, and the starter is helpful. The golf carts are in good shape and comfortable. However, the course is often crowded, with frequent waits on every hole, making it better for those not in a hurry. A note for players is that the 19th hole sells beer but no liquor. There are also rumors about potential changes to the water nine holes in the future.
