First they were going to charge me approximately $700 to move 7 pieces of furniture approximately 2 miles. After I disputed charge it was adjusted. Secondly during the move they dropped and broke off the bottom of my lazy boy recliner. They picked up that part on 9/5. The chair has not been repaired and they will not give me a date when it will be.

Called for service and told the guy I had 3 items to move a tv set,futon,and dinette set.location was basically not even 20 minutes up the road.He gave me a price of $560.00 to move 3 items that's up the road from his shop.He said it would take 2hrs to do.I could have done it in 1hr.Then charge you $100.00 deposit and say no refund do not use this service.Had my bank put the money back my card complete scammers.

These people gave me a quote for a 3 to 5 hour window and then tried to tell me that I owed them almost $400.00 more after the move when they were done than whay they quoted. Further more, they tried to say that they worked for more time than what they did and tried to rip me off for hundreds of dollars and wouldn't call me to discuss. I am trying to work this out with them, but am thinking that I will have to take them to court to get my money back.

used Two Men and a Truck again. the office team keeps dates ,times, locations straight. the moving team is well mannered, respectful, and cares about your items. our last move included 2 storage units, a pickup location and a move in location. 4 stops and the move went great. movers do not stand around ever to get more time. thank you again.

The 2 movers that were sent were professional, friendly, and hard-working. They did a great job helping us move. Although the power cord to our adjustable mattress frame went missing in the move, the manager was professional and was great in remedying the situation to make sure we got a replacement. Appreciate the help from the movers as well as the manager!

My experience was awesome! Three very nice, courteous, organized, helpful young gentlemen. One young man was a trainee and all three were very professional. They kept on task. No slowing down.
So yes, I will use them again and will recommend them to my family and friends.

Very professional organization. The moving crew was fast, efficient, and careful with our belongings. The movers placed the boxes near the furniture where the belongings went, making unpacking easier. From the beginning to the end the office staff and the movers were extremely helpful and considerate. We will use Two Men and a Truck again!

We used Two Men and a Truck, from the Akron office on Monday, March 11, 2024. Prior to the move, Rae Lynn worked closely with us to assure that we had everything we needed for a seamless move, to a city an hour away! There were absolutely no surprises!Our moving crew were amazing!! They were so careful with our belongings. They were friendly and polite! We’re so grateful for their hard work!!
