Had a laptop, victim of a coffee spill. After a check inside the cover, I took it apart and found nothing. Took it in, and for $60 had them bake it dry. It seemed a good gamble to save a few hundred. They made sure to warn me extensively about the odds of success. It didn't work out for me, but I appreciate them taking the time, and it was handled professionally.

Wow..I was impressed!! Walked in...they reviewed the insurance claim quickly and told me my phone would be ready in 3 hours and it was ready in an hour and 45 minutes... plus they suggested this really great screen protector that should keep my screen from getting cracked by the grandkids again...would recommend to anyone...my phone looks and works like new again!!

Great work, will definitely come here for any further tech issues. They got my phone working again, from walking in to walking out, 15 minutes. Terry was very helpful and informative for the whole process. Again, just excellent, will be back for any further issues I run into

[Am intentionally using 5-Stars only to ensure this is seen] First, for anyone just wanting the basic gist and point: In short; don't bother goin' to these clowns. For those who don't mind reading a bit of a prattle-on: About roughly two months ago, I scheduled an appointment with uBreakiFix through the official Samsung Repair Service. I have a Samsung Galaxy Z-Flip 3, and like many with this same device? The factory-applied built on Screen Protector had begun peeling away from the screen, and slowly cracking apart with several scratches. I was lead to believe via Samsung and other venues that the only way to fix the from-factory screen protector was to go either here or to a certified BestBuy for repair. I showed up on the day the repair was scheduled, and the gentleman in the lobby struck up a conversation to see what I needed. Despite showing SPECIFICALLY the screen protector was damaged? He tried convincing me without question "Nope-- Your whole screen is damaged, you need an entire screen replacement!" Upon discovering the repair would have been roughly $400 -money I didn't have at the time- I had no choice but to leave with no help, and a belief I now had a major repair on my hands. Skip ahead to the other day, when I discovered via public forum discussions on Reddit that others with my phone dealt with the issue themselves? I took a chance, bought a new device-specific screen protector, and as of tonight (night of 10/26/23)? My phone looks better than ever, and indeed I was right: ONLY THE FROM-FACTORY SCREEN PROTECTOR WAS DAMAGED. What very well coulda been my having an unnecessary near-$400 repair was an easy-to-deal-with issue that only ended up being maybe $12 at worst. While I don't wish to "slam-dunk" on the in-the-back service techs who genuinely have done great work for countless other customers, or even the select few customer service reps who manage to do right by customers? To the service reps who could care less about ACTUALLY helping people, and to the Store/Local/Regional Management who fail to correctly do their jobs in enforcing proper training and conduct of the floor staff that interact with customers? Shame on you all! To any fellow customers who took the time to read all of this? If you have even the slightest experience with being technical/mechanical with your hands, or at least know your way around looking up and following a quick video guide? I highly encourage: Do your research, and if a fix CAN be done by your own two hands without risk of damaging your device further? Take the initiative and save yourselves the hassle of either nearly getting/being raked across the coals of high-price repairs, that may very well be cheap and easy to do yourself! (Including relevant images of the before/after of my factory-applied screen protector vs the new one put on myself)

I went to u BreakiFix in Arlington Ridge to have my Samsung Ultra22 screen fixed that was cracked on 9/7/23 . When i went to pay $340.52 the wifi went down they swiped my card again. Huntington notified me that I was double charged. I went back to show them their mistake on 9/17/23. The gentleman that was working swiped my card again to issue a refund. Needless to say instead of refund my card was charged another $340.52 on 9/21/23.I have been on the phone four times trying to have this situation resolved and made another trip today to uBreakiFix today 9/22/23.They've done nothing but give me the run around, I have shown them bank stateaments I have filed fraudulent charges with my bank against uBreakiFix.IF MONEY COMES OUT OF YOUR OWN POCKET STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY ESPECIALLY THE ONE IN ARLINGTON RIDGE!

The team at uBreakiFix at this location are amazing! I dropped my Google Pixel 6 Pro last night and half of my screen was non-responsive. The crack was pretty deep to the point it turned black under the glass at the site of impact. I was on a very tight timeframe and needed it repaired promptly because I use my phone for my job.It was a Sunday so 3/4 of the phone repair stores from Kent and Stow, to Fairlawn, and Canton are closed completely on Sundays. I went to four different phone repair stores, and called 10-15 others and not a single repair store even had the screen to replace it, though a handful said they could order it for me.This was the only store I could find that was able to do the repair for me. I had to be back to work by 2pm. I walked in the door right at 12pm when they opened as my last hail Mary to try to get it fixed before work. Spencer the floor associate and Joe the technician both greeted me promptly right when I walked in and began assisting me.They originally quoted me 2-3 hours for repair, but put my mind at ease letting me know that they would work as quickly as they could, and that since I was the first customer of the day that they would get right to work on it.The other repair stores that offered to order the screen for me quoted $300 or more, and uBreakiFix, a Google certified repair store, came in at $279.99 before tax.Joe did a great job on the repair, and attaching a fancy memory gel screen protector for me. It looks good as new at this point in time. Spencer and Joe were both very professional and provided great customer service. While sitting in the lobby waiting I could overhear Spencers conversations with other customers and he was just as friendly and attentive with the other patrons as well. He has a great personality for the customer service industry. You could tell both Joe and Spencer truly care and enjoy their work here. I plan on coming back to this repair shop for any future repair needs.Thank you all again! You gentlemen saved my behind today!

Went in to get my screen fixed. Two weeks later the screen is popping out on the side and does not work. Was told come back if there are any problems so I called they told me to bring it in. Drove and hour down to them just to be told they couldn’t do anything and they wouldn’t even look at the phone. They didn’t fix it correctly but won’t fix their mistake. Honestly was a wast of my time they could of told me this on the phone if they weren’t even going to look at my phone. Also writing this on my girlfriends phone because I still don’t have a phone.

Item was promised in 3 hours. They honored that. My phone came back as if it were new after broken screen repair. Small snafu with in-screen fingerprint calibration, but once past that- We're smooth sailing! Thank You!

Customer service was impeccable. The store manager personally helped me, and it was above and beyond. Walked in with a phone that wouldn’t charge and needed repair not even 30 mins later walked out with a phone that was charging and working great. Would highly recommend them to anyone having issues with their electronic devices. Kind, quick and did everything they could to save me as much time and money as possible.
