I truly just encountered one of the most rudest people I have ever met in my life. I walked into the store to ship a package, there was no one upfront, so I grabbed the tape gun to tape up my package. As I’m about to tape up my package, the lady walked up, snatches the tape gun and tells me I cannot use their tape gun if I want to tape a package I need to purchase some tape. I have never had this issue at any other UPS store! She went on to tell me that is the owner (Scott) rule, which is OK, I understand that these are independently owned but it’s still something that I have never heard before. She told me she’s been working there for three they have never allowyone to tape their packages. I asked the other lady and she confirmed that I could not tape it but they could type it for me. The big question is why was that never say it in the first place!!! The only reason I gave it to stars is because the second lady was nice And her approach was reasonable. The first lady was just all-around rude. I’m very big on it’s not always about what you say, it’s about how you say it.

Terrible service. Cashier was so rude and refused to take anyone with an Amazon return. There were about 8 people in line waiting for the kiosk and she had absolutely no one else to wait on. I asked her if I could return ant the counter and she said, No, that’s why we have a kiosk.” Unreal. Laziness at its best.

They put the wrong shipping label on my package so it was lost. Never received my insurance reimbursement even after 4 months. Staff was terrible. Told “we are not UPS, we are only the UPS store. “ Will never use them again. They take no responsibility for the packages entrusted to them.

Delivered to the wrong apartment do I filed a claim. I showed them proof I love in a different unit and building and the UPS respondedly rudely with a picture of my package at someone else's doorstep at the wrong unit number and wrong building and then before I could respond with proof they messed up and I live in a different unit and building they closed the claim and what I bought wasn't cheap. Terrible customer service. Awful they wouldn't fix their mistake and whenever I call no one answers the phone. I tried to email back to the picture of the wrong address and proof of where I actually live and it eas ignored also. I'm amazed people can't read 3 numbers correctly.....

It’s 8 am and the ups store is post to be open. Instead the guy that is post to work walks out of the store and down past Dunkin’ Donuts to grab a smoke whine me and other customers are waiting for someone to open the store.

Good to see I am not the only person who hates coming to this store. I don't know what changed. There used to be a couple of pleasant staff members who were always helpful. Haven't been in a while and stopped by to ship a package. The girl/woman working behind the counter acted like I was trespassing or invading her personal space. Did not acknowledge me at all even though I was the only customer. Then I find out I was "standing in the wrong counter". Ummm...you mean the wrong counter on a single table that has two check out stations that doesn't even measure 10 feet? She couldn't bother taking 2 steps to one side? What sign did I miss that said "closed"? Ok then. Then asks what I wanted. I guess I come to the UPS store to get groceries and get a haircut? Decided to not have a further discussion so I gave her the package and left with my receipt. Thankfully UPS stores are everywhere. Most definitely won't be back.

Made an online appointment for notary service.Showed up for my appointment to be told the notary wasn’t there with no idea when they were expected or what hours I could return for notary service. Staff were not concerned or apologetic that I’d altered my schedule for no reason. Basic customer service would have been great here. Reliable notary would also be helpful for the online scheduling tool.

The two women in here are the absolute worst. All 3 times I‘ve come in to this location they are throwing attitude around at the world for no reason like they hate their job or life. Last time they were yelling at one another because one asked the other to help her lift a box since her back’s hurt. The one asked to help didn’t want and was gripping at her about it. They are both snippy at customers and just want to argue. Get a different job bc customer service is not for you girls.

NEW- Just spoke to the owner Scott. He is just as bad as the rest of his poor excuses of staff. Their stories go in circles and avoided the truth. Can’t give me an exact answer as to why he can’t refund me my money, they are all LIARS!!!! When his worker Sarah didn’t do her job correctly and now I’m out money, - WHEN SHE PACKAGED MY PACKAGE - claims my ‘claim got denied’ due to me packaging my own package? And turned down fragile packaging when SHE PACKAGED IT FRAGILE FOR ME AND FORGOT TO CHARGE ME FOR IT- claims they ‘have no cameras’ when it’s plain as day, me walking into the store with just my items, HOW ELSE WOULD MY PACKAGE GET SHIPPED OUT? LOL !!!!! Now they don’t want to back me up because the worker failed to do her job correctly!!!! Expects me to know how they run their (poor excuse ) of a business, owner (Scott) says this conversation is over now and hung up on me.-Would give a 0/5 if I could. Worst possible customer service EVER. They are nothing but liars in this store. ‘Sarah’ packaged my fragile package and is denying even doing so, my item broke and they have changed their story 3 times. Aj the manager claims there isn’t a camera facing towards the workers packaging. When I told him to check the cameras. Says he has to trust his worker on this one ? Having to now deal with corporate. AVOID this location at all costs!!! They are scammer/ liars!!

Lazy and rude workers randomly leave during business hours to smoke, putting a “back in 20 minutes” sign on the door.They are typically fast at processing Amazon returns, but will let you know how much they hate it (and you) over and over.I once accidentally got a FedEx package mixed in with my others, and the same, always rude, woman threw it on the ground saying, “I’m not FedEx.Best to avoid this place, if possible. I now drive to the one in Green instead
