I had a return for Amazon , was a gift from friend for baby shower . I wasn’t sure of the process since it was a gift , from a registry . I asked the front desk person , she seamed irritated of my presence . She did not know how to do what I requested. After a long silence I suggested she ask a supervisor . When she asked , Ross “the manager I think “ told me I have to talk to the person who bought it for me . I suggested this was somewhat crazy , as some larger Amazon registries have dozens of returns , there’s no way ! Ross suggested this was “common sense, you simply have to talk to who bought it, have a nice day!”. FYI Ross is wrong , and in fact opposite of amazons policy. The overall experience was poor , and customer service knowledge was seemingly extremely low for what I would assume to be a common question . I have had similar experiences with other team members at this specific location . Therefore I found it noteworthy to write today .

When I walked up to the counter, the rep said he was helping someone else and to go to the next register. I waited for a minute and another gentleman that looked like he was training that rep, asked me if I had been helped. I said no, and he yelled in the back to what sounded like someone on their phone. When Donald came to the counter he said, “What do you need?”

Greedy poorly ran store, wanted to charge me $3.00 for a PIECE of tape for my amazon free return box.I’m talking 5 inches of tape from a massive roll they had on the counter, these people won’t help you in the smallest ways.Manager from 12/6/23 good job losing a customer and my family, we’ll make sure to never visit this store again & all Amazon returns will be through Kohls not you.Amazon pays UPS and it’s franchise owners BILLIONS for these free returns and yet this franchise owner/manager (Arlington rd store) wants to take advantage of people who Amazon already paid for. GREEDY LOSERS!

Ross at UPS went above & beyond! Our package was missing because it was delivered to a dorm in Columbus. He called them and tracked it down. They got it to my son in time for his job interview! True customer service!!

Charged $3 to email them their own label and print it but if you need to go in there make copies of something it’s 14 cents a copy. In todays world where most people don’t use home printers and everything is digital you would think they would have a better system in place. Wouldn’t go there unless I have to.

Great store, great service.. the employees are all so helpful. They do seem busy at times, but the line moves fast. They have multiple services here, I haven't used them all- but I can speak for a few of them. Ordering prints online for pickup, delivery service, Amazon returns, and their notary service. A++

I used this store to ship one small Auction lot I won from a local auction house. Without letting me know ahead of time they charged me excessive fees and when it was all done, I paid 50% more for shipping than I did the toys I won. Do not use.

Very friendly and professional staff. Even when there are loads of people around Christmas sending out packages they are knowledgeable, quick and efficient.
