I have banked with US Bank for years but lately it seems like they are just out there trying to scam and make money off tricking people. They won't take charges out of your account for weeks than take them all out at once and give you 4 over draft fees instantly. Talked to one banker who tells me to deposit the debt before fees than call my home branch and they can help me. Did all within 12 hours. Call home branch and they say the fees exceed the amount they can help with. They took out 4 $36 fees out instantly when my account went from nothing pending with money available when I want to bed to almost -$300 when I woke up. What kind of customer relationship is that. I paid my part, I'll gladly pay 1 over draft fees for $36 but 4?

I hate having to rate even 1 star!! It is wrong to treat customers like criminals, just because we are a new client. I deposited checks but cant access funds for 5 working weekdays. The day of deposit does NOT count. So I then deposit CASH. Same thing. Says funds pending. But it's (*^&^^%) cash. This must be some kind of racketeering holding my money HOSTAGE. So of course overdraft fees like crazy at a daily rate. While account says I have the funds "pending". I have NEVER experienced such banking in my life. I am a business with multitudes of deposited and transactions thus this is how they make their money..... But why hold my funds? I'm going to leave this account stagnant. So if you don't need your funds available in a timely manner (even CASH) then this might be a good choice for you. It's been weeks, and I'm still waiting for credit card processing equipment . Which I had to pay fees for already. Received checks at a staggering $100 fee on day 2.. Oh yeah... you can't deposit at atm's until you receive your final debit card. You can't even use mobile app to deposit. I feel as if am being disciplined for doing something wrong. One would think that a bank would want an account like mine; And treat me accordingly. A new customer with a business account or just a regular account should be your priority and main focus, REMEMBER,, YOU HAVE MY MONEY,,, I DON'T HAVE YOURS!!!

I was over drafted, and have another US branch that I use. This was the one closest to my work before the bank closed. Usually Other Branches do not work nor waive the over Draft Fee. I had a very stressful day and this just added to it. the On duty manager Sue, and her employee Samone where both very kind and helpful. both very Knolwdable and informed me of all the rules and let me know they don't usually do NOT waive them, after talking for just a few moments Sue Waived the fee for me and now It I am going to continue to be a happy customer of US Bank. Great Experience. Thanks Guys
