Wanted to say thank you to Jason H. I needed to make a deposit and mentioned how everytime I move my money to saving to checking and visa versa I get charged $10.He investigated the situation when he was able and called me back to explain what was really going on which was why I was going to change banks. Now I'm staying.

I call called to verify funds of their clients check so that their client didn't bounce a check and I didn't lose time an money. The employee said they don't do that any more and didn't know why or what the policy was. Some banks don't care about their clients and would rather charge a large fees because they can't make enough processing loans and earning the money. So at the expense of their client to help themselves and their share holders they penalize their customers.

They have lost my file twice for my fathers estate. The teller is a young and wants to do things by a text form. She goes threw a security list an after the interrogation she can't give you an answer. I wont go back. Tried to get money out of the account to pay for funeral, after many trips back and forth to my house to get info she needed she still asked for a tax I'd form! Why couldn't she tell me that first time the first trip. Unreal. Ps the week before another teller let me withdraw $2000 from the account. With my id.???????

Most unprofessional banking iv ever dealt with they got rid of all their long time tellers and the customer service is trash now I won't even set foot inside the branch due to the attitudes the drive thru takes forever they need to just add 3 atm lines and one teller line so we can just handle our banking in a timely manner 15min to do banking is rediculous

Generally I have nothing bad to say but the last 6x I have went to this location the outside atm is out of money or in most cases don't work please fix this because @ 7am serious inconvenience

Carol has been very helpful in setting up my account and also taking the time to dispute charges on my debit card, she has went above and beyond to be nice,! I do feel this branch needs help, because several times i'm in there and only 2 tellers and one on drive through and it does get busy and i don't like waiting so long. and the cleanliness needs improvement for sure... but overall i left a credit union of 32 years to go to US Bank and for the most part if i have an issue it is addressed...!

Manager is an arrogant a** as he tried to explain to me how $250 in fees is not excessive. I am leaving US Bank ASAP and would not recommend.
