My experience with US Bank has been nothing short of a financial nightmare. The agonizingly slow processes, coupled with constant miscommunication, resulted in extra interest charges wrong pay off amounts and late payment fees on my credit cards.The inconsistency in closing costs, loan amounts, and interest rates added insult to injury. It felt like navigating a labyrinth with ever-changing rules, leaving me bewildered and financially penalized.Save yourself the stress and financial repercussions; look elsewhere for a bank that values efficiency and clear communication

DT Closed yesterday August 15. No reason. Called USB and they directed me to a Location that has been a laundry for three years. Oh and the other thing, if you come to the window at the drive-through they tell you you have to wait because they have customers. Same thing just happened to me on the phone. Apparently if you’re standing there you’re a customer but if you’re on the phone or in the drive-through you’re not really a customer. I’ve been with US Bank since 1997 and the service at this particular branch all those people are very nice is very odd. I would say the management does not train well.

I had a great experience with Hailey today regarding my business account. She helped me get my debit card pin issue resolved, and was so sweet/pleasant during the process. Customer service is so awful these days so it’s always refreshing and much appreciated to come across individuals such as Hailey.

My fiancé and I just bought our first house and had the worst experience ever. The communication was terrible, our phone calls were ignored and we felt like we were a bother anytime we had questions. We’ll never recommend for anyone to get a house loan with US bank. When they guarantee a 30 day close don’t listen to them they’ll mess up your loan and you’ll close 2 months later. Angela Brock was unpleasant to work with. I’d give 0 stars if I could.

I like US Bank-been with them almost my entire adult life. They have been the most fair. No hidden fees. Great overdraft protection plan. Great credit lines. It’s cool that I see the same tellers there from 10+ years ago. It’s like a family.

This bank has fantastic customer service. Brittany went out of her way to notarize something that I needed very quickly. The lobby was closed, but I called and she let me in and was very nice and accommodating. In this age of poor customer service, I highly recommend this branch.

I went in to sign up for a business card and the lady I talked to didn't seem to know what she was doing. She put my birthday in wrong and said she would change it later. I doubt she ever did... Gave me nothing after opening my account to show prof of anything. Only got brochures/pamphlets.... I was told the card in 7 to 10 business days. 7 to 10 business days came and went. So I went back in there to speak with a manager and none of the managers were in. So I talked to one of the ladies at the front desk. Explain to her how I called and told them I never received it and the guy on the phone was retarded and said I wasn't in the system etc. The lady that looked me up and said that's weird because you're showing up in our system. I went on to say I sure am in your system because I had your icon app on my phone and it showing me how much money I have. So they gave me a temporary one until my actual card came in. It's now again over and past 7 to 10 business days. Two chances and you strike out with me. So is soon as they open today I'm closing my account and getting my money... Horrible service and poor customer service..
