I used click and ship. Paid $35 for Priority Express Ship and it was delivered a day late. Requested a refund and it was denied. I guess they can rob me and get away with it.
Guy who took my package at the counter couldn't get the bar code to scan and immediately said it was going to be a problem. I said isn't that what the other paper is for that I printed? He goes Nope then scanned it after trying the first one a couple more times. It worked.
Let me just say that I had to go to two places because the first place closed at 2. If anyone ever answered the phone I might have known that before driving over there.

Sent out a package to this location and has been there for 2 weeks no update no nothing they told me that I might have to file for a missing package and only get reimbursed $100 which my package costed $1,300 obsoletely ridiculous avoid the post office if you can!!!

I don't understand how this offices have 1 job to do . To deliver mail and they have failed to do so miserably. ITS TOTAL INCOMPETENCE!!!! NO ANSWER FROM ANY OF THIS OFFICES HERE IN AKRON. THIS IS TOTAL BS. EVEN THE ASSISTANT POST MASTER DOES NOT RETURN ANY CALLS AT ALL.. 1800 NUMBERS ARE TOTAL BS. JUST A DAMM LOOP GOIN AROUND AND AROUND. .

USPS location suck because can't do their job right I wear a package out of Michigan July the 3rd here it is to the 8th I still have not had my package yet and right here at 44319 Saturday roughly around shortly for 7:00 a.m. and wound up and gettersville Ohio as a shame they cannot ship my package on time That's why I'm giving a nice day postal service I want a star they don't deserve a star at all cuz I can't do their job right 😡

This has to be the worst post office in the country. I send hundreds of orders that are in envelopes a day and we are constantly getting bunches of them sent back - dozens of them, almost daily - for postage due or non-machinable and every time I weigh the letter, nearly every time, it's within the postage we have on it. They are all machinable and are able to bend to fit in the sorters. Sometimes, they send back letters for postage due AND void our stamps which is ACTUAL theft.

I'm a truck driver. I come frequently to load pick-up loads to moved other state. I wonder if the government gives you the opportunity to have a good, decent job.
Why treat drivers badly? Why be so racist when you are a black person? I don't understand how a professional place hires racist people.
All this happens every time I come in the early morning from dock 1 to 10
They never take the trucks out on time because of their work and they put you on the record sheet

CONTRACTOR FAILURE Drivers, always look at your record sheet, what do those racists write in the Delay?
I hope that one day the treatment will be better and that they will be educated, professional people, NO TO RACISM

Worst post office, actually worst place that I have ever been to! Such horribly rude employees!!! I can't even say such rude customer service bc there was no customer service!!! Just nasty arrogant (2) ladies with attitude!!!! And we wonder why federal employees are losing their jobs! These 2 are a perfect example of why.

Every package that comes here is delivered late. The tracking said the package would have been delivered 2 days ago. It was sent from NY to Indianapolis. Indy sent to Akron distribution center 5 days ago. Now the package is in New Jersey!!!!! I live in Green. Again, this happening every single time. Seriously, the USPS needs to be privatized. The level of incompetence is unfathomable.

This is my second time coming to this USPS location, and unfortunately, I’ve had the same negative experience both times. There is a shining black woman working at the facility who consistently treats truck drivers with disrespect. On my first visit, I gave her the benefit of the doubt, thinking maybe it was just a bad day. But on my second visit, her behavior was even worse — yelling at drivers and speaking in an extremely rude and unprofessional manner.
This isn’t just a one-time incident — it happens constantly, every hour and every minute throughout the day. If USPS management needs confirmation, they can easily check the security cameras to see how she interacts with drivers.
I even asked other drivers about her, including those who come here regularly. They told me they’ve been dealing with the same behavior for a long time. Some said they are afraid to speak up or ask her to be more respectful because they worry she might cancel their load or report them and cause problems for their work.
As drivers, we deal with enough challenges on the road. We should not have to face hostility at the facility. I sincerely hope management addresses this issue and works to create a more respectful and professional environment for everyone.

Worst place to pickup load , they hold me for 5 hours and said load is cancelled . They don’t know what they are doing . Place is wide open easy for maneuvers.
