Tired of ordering stuff from bath and body works. You guys can't understand by not pushing a buzzard. It is uncalled for you have woken up my daughter MULTIPLE TIMES AND GOT MY DOGS BARKING. It needs to stop. I have said something more then once and nothing is done.

Our courier is great and when I was worried and called the local Firestone Park Brown St center the person Cindy was VERY helpful. Her and our courier worked to get the package to us, even though the address number was incorrect. They are ver kind hardworking and so helpful.

Can't get ahold of customer service..... I dropped off a FedEx package in your drop off outside your place and it hasn't moved. What do you do with FedEx packages? Do I need to come get my package.

First time visiting and the last. Rep was attitudey and obviously doesn't know what can and can not be shipped through the mail. I have a small business ship packages regularly. Rep told me I can't ship which is false. I wouldn't recommend to anyone. The attitude she gave was completely unnecessary she wasn't even busy ? ewww just ewww

Not sure why you would leave a package in the driveway and not at the front door like every other package carrier. I guess it's too much to walk a couple more steps.
