Employees are all super friendly and helpful. I feel bad for them, they're swamped, working OT. Some packages might run behind because. The Employees will go out of their way to rectify the situation. It's not their fault, remember that people. Thankful for their help with my live fish shipments & deliveries.

Friendly, efficient employees! Always go above and beyond to help me with whatever I need in the Ellet post office. And my carrier Brian that brings my mail is exceptional!!! I will miss him when he retires because he is the best carrier I ever had.
I will be happy for him and grateful that I had such a conscientious, prompt mailman!!!

Do NOT come to this post office Monday-Friday in the afternoon 2:30-5. There are NO parking spots and the parking lot is CROWDED! They let parents sit and wait for there kids when school lets out. This was ridiculous!! I'm very unhappy!! Should be post office parking only!!

What part of RTS is not understood? I've been in twice since the beginning of July with an envelope that I asked to be Return To Sender. Twice has the same envelope, with RTS written on it, sent to me, the receiving address, not the sending address.

I give this place 5 stars just for having to deal with the overwide 5 foot nothing b i atch causing a scene in the lobby today over what sounded like an entitled karen situation. Whoever you are stop harassing people working and go make yourself useful or find a tredmill you entitled loser.

Phone number goes to a robot. If you have a question it can't answer and you ask for a person, it will acknowledge you, ask if you want to speak to an agent, and then go right back to reading the menu.

Would give 0 stars if I could. Was here 30+ minutes before closing. DEFOREST who was the closing clerk on 3/01/2024 was already taking my transaction and then decided he was going to clock out AFTER he handed my label and welcomed me to the counter. After telling him "have a nice day" and assuming there would be someone else coming up right away, there wasn't. After refusing to continue to help me, DEFROREST continued to his closing procedures (pulling furniture behind service desk) rather than taking my one package. This clerk left me at the counter for an additional 30+ minutes after leaving our conversation and transaction. Will be returning to make sure this level of professionalism doesn't continue.

Mail is constantly late, after 5 pm many days. I live in an upstairs apartment and instead of bringing mail up that needs signed for ( since when do we sign for stamps??) they leave notices in the mailbox that no one was home to sign, etc....and I'm standing at the front door watching them deliver the mail. Why should I have to drive clear across town to pick up mail because they were too lazy to climb stairs??? The Informed Delivery shows mail/packages out for delivery each day and numerous times items were never delivered. How much are postal carriers making these days???? Enough to do their jobs correctly!!! Get it together Ellet location!!!!!

what happened to this post office parking lot?? when did the federal post office become the school parking lot??had mail to drop in box was impossible. Went to East Ave instead.Parents are like 3 year olds they can’t understand it’s a parking lot for the post office. They can’t even properly park. I’ve lost faith in humanity. Someone please do something about this issue. Thanks.

Parents are using the post office as a school pickup. Children are punching and kicking and standing on tops of the mailboxes and falling off them.Parents do no care about their children acting like wild animals, almost causing car wrecks in the parking lot and street. This needs to be addressed! This post office needs high security by police due to it being a federal crime to mess with mail!Putting stuff into the mail boxes , trying to stuff themselves into the mailboxes and trying to kick in the mailboxes (Federal Crime) and Parents need to be held 100% responsible for their children’s crimes!.It’s unacceptable!. This is a very nice area and has turned into a horrible environment!. Something needs done!Start keeping logs of the footage from cameras they’re on the mailboxes and parking lot and do what you gotta to keep the safety of the people who are going to the post office and dropping mail in mailboxes. Again, it is a federal crime! To mess with Mail!. Especially destroying property at ANY Post office!.
