I asked on multiple times that I don't get my $ each month till the 3rd of the month, and to please wait 2 days to put their payment through to not cause me a $33 overdraft. They still put the payment through on the 1st. Not a good company to work with!!!! I call the office I have leave a message with no return call too.

Do not rent units from here. They will lure you in with a low rate and then increase your rent twice within the first year.

Ive been renting for almost 6 month. When i first got the unit there was a promo going so it was half off for first 3 months. So it started out at $34 and after 3 months was back to normal price of $78. Well a month later i notice they took out $92 then the following month i get an email saying my rent will now be $112. So within six months they raised the price about $40. I only had a 10*12 unit. I dont understand that big of a price jump in less then 6months. Other then that the place is great.

Easy to reserve online! Great specials were what really caught my eye about this facility. Accessibility to online reservation and the specials are what really helped me and stood out most. Unit is easy to access. And very kind representatives available to talk to around the clock!

My door handle is a little rusty. It's hard to line up and close the first try and I pinched my finger trying the first time, but that could just be me. Other than that the storage unit was clean and a good size for what I need.
