Terrible customer service, especially from the rude gentleman that I believe was the manager that worked there on feb 1rst. I needed a simple SIM card flash, only to be told that I will be sitting for two hours on the phone with customer service. Although the last time I needed my SIM card flashed at a different location, It only took five minutes from the guy that was working there. I feel like they just didn’t want to do their job! Hire better people Verizon!

Came in to upgrade, and I did not want to be sold anything else. The gentleman respected that, and so I listened to him talk about their other services. Thanks to me opening up, I saved $40 bucks a month by switching my internet to Verizon. The representatives saved me even more money by adding Netflix, HBO max, Hulu, and Disney plus to my account so I could get them at a discounted rate! I didn't realize that Verizon is so much more than phones!

I wanted to check to see if they had a case for my phone before heading up there, so I decided to call them. Turns out they had the phones directed to Verizon's customer service. Maybe the store itself is a good store to shop at but calling on the phone is a waste of time.

TLDR; go to Joey. He treats you like a person, not a walking commission slip.I absolutely loathe phone salesmen. The perceived lack of trustworthiness usually ends up becoming reality with most. That's never the case when it comes to Joseph Foltrauer.For the last five years, he's been the only person I've given any of my time, money and business to, when it comes to my communications. He's always looking into what's best for me, not what's best for his pocket. He's thorough when explaining my options to ensure I understand EXACTLY what I am getting myself into. There's never any surprises with him, and that's why I've followed him wherever he's gone. He's the only person who will handle these matters for me, from now on.

Joseph was great, very knowledgeable about the products and services offered and provided, was very patient with our questions and was able to multi task through the process to make things go quickly and smoothly. Joe also in general had a great attitude and was fun and professional throughout the whole process. He made it a great experience.

It was the best experience I have had yet with Verizon. And Justin is such an amazing person, he explained everytjing to me , and there were no hidden fees i wasnt aware of.
